Research On The Sustainability Evaluation Of The Green Ecological Corridor In The Yellow River Downstream

The green ecological corridor in the Yellow River downstream is an important part of the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River drainage basin.The green ecological corridor in the Yellow River downstream is not only the way of releasing and storing flood,but also an important production and living place for the people in the beach area.It is also the ecological security barrier and cultural corridor in the Yellow River downstream.It is a unique,complex and huge system shared by residents and natural elements such as water,sand and biology.The construction and operation of the green ecological corridor in the Yellow River downstream should be guided by the new development concept of harmonious coexistence between man and nature,coordinate the construction of ecological protection,natural landscape and urban landscape,shape the urban landscape along the Yellow River based on green,and maintain the harmony and unity of the people,river and city,which has its unique sustainable development characteristics.Therefore,it is extremely important to scientifically evaluate and maintain the sustainability of the green ecological corridor in the Yellow River downstream.The main innovations of this paper include:(1)On the basis of summarizing the research status of the green ecological corridor and sustainable development in the Yellow River downstream,the influencing factors of the sustainability were preliminarily identified by using the literature analysis method,and 35 indicators for evaluation were preliminarily screened from five dimensions of ecological environment,society,economy,management,and functional value.Then,through the optimization and screening of questionnaire survey,an evaluation index system including 24 indicators was finally formulated.(2)Based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and matter-element extension model,a comprehensive evaluation model for the sustainability of the green ecological corridor in the Yellow River downstream was established.Meanwhile,taking the Zhengzhou Ecological Corridor Project along the Yellow River(Zhengdong New District Section)as an example,an empirical analysis was carried out to verify the rationality and effectiveness of the evaluation index system and evaluation model.The evaluation was carried out from five aspects of ecological environment,society,economy,management,and functional value.Finally,from the overall perspective of the project,suggestions for improvement of sustainable development were put forward.The research results of this paper enrich the sustainability evaluation theory of public projects,and can provide reference for the sustainable development practice of the green ecological corridor in the Yellow River downstream.
