CNC machining tool is an important tool of metal cutting in modern manufacturing industry,as the core basic parts of modern manufacturing industry,occupies an absolutely important position in the upgrading of modern manufacturing industry,known as the "tooth"of industrial machine tools.Based on the research of tool selection demand of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises and the research and analysis of mature tool management at home and abroad,this paper focuses on how to realize the tool life cycle management and solve the problems existing in the existing tool management.Combined with the actual situation of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,first of all from the perspective of enterprise tool selection,most of the enterprises are in the NUMERICAL control processing technology preparation synchronous completion of tool selection.Therefore,on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of NC machining technology,the factors of tool selection are summarized and the restriction conditions are taken as the tool selection.Using the idea of divide-and-conquer,a tool selection algorithm based on NC machining technology is designed to standardize the source management of tools in the whole life cycle.Second in order to realize the effective management of cutting tool material,cutting tool encoding method is adopted to establish the relationship between the coding and physical mapping of tools,in research tool selection algorithm and the management link above requirements,design a set of tool encoding rules based on the total life cycle management characteristics,for the subsequent software management system in information management and provides a link between physical management.Based on the deployment of lightweight,quick update,low-cost operation and maintenance requirements of enterprise,adopts B/S software architecture,design the various functions of management software and database management of tools,the development of the whole life cycle of a set of based on the framework of SSM tool management system software,through the whole life cycle of the whole tool management of each link barriers,In order to build a CNC tool system for the whole life cycle,so as to improve the production management level of enterprises,reduce labor costs,improve economic benefits,and promote the high-quality development of manufacturing enterprises in the new era.
