Since 2010,with the trend of industrial globalization,the output value of China’s manufacturing industry has ranked first in the world for many years.There are a number of small and medium-sized machining enterprises emerging in the domestic manufacturing industry.In the increasingly competitive environment,they need to rely on a certain enterprise strategy to lead the development.Most enterprises take the daily use of metal cutting tools as a breakthrough,because the internal management mode of enterprises is backward,the activity rate of tool storage is low,and the operation cost of enterprises is high.In order to improve the ability of tool management and make employees produce and process the best quality products with the most suitable tool in the shortest time,enterprises need to optimize the tool management mode to improve the comprehensive competitiveness and production efficiency of enterprises.Based on the actual needs of tool management in small and medium-sized enterprises,this paper focuses on the modules of tool coding rules,tool purchase requirements,tool life,etc.,and designs a tool management system.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper studies the characteristics of NC cutting tools and NC Cutting Tools processing technology.Combined with the use of NC cutting tools workshop,it puts forward the classification method and coding rules of NC cutting tools based on the machining process characteristics of cutting tools and the common attribute characteristics of cutting tools.It also puts forward the bidding,purchasing,warehousing,scheduling,use,grinding and scrapping process of each NC cutting tool,and puts forward the process of each NC cutting tool after warehousing Tool set up two-dimensional code management process,provide the management direction of CNC tools,which is convenient for small and medium-sized enterprises to promote the use;(2)This paper studies the tool demand of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,analyzes the commonly used qualitative and quantitative prediction methods of enterprise management,proposes to establish a set of tool demand prediction algorithm,and validates the algorithm with an example,so as to improve the inventory activation rate of enterprises,reduce operating costs,and quickly adapt to the market demand;(3)This paper analyzes the traditional tool life prediction methods,proposes the establishment of support vector machine prediction model,optimizes the tool life prediction results through particle swarm optimization algorithm,compares the support vector machine prediction algorithm before the optimization,optimizes the inertia weight,adjusts the balance between the global search ability and the local search ability,and establishes a more accurate tool life prediction model;(4)The tool management system is designed to realize a sharing system integrating basic parameter information,authority management,inventory,in and out of warehouse,supplier management,inventory,purchase and durability record.The tool information is updated and displayed in real time,which provides a sharing platform for enterprise departments;... |
