| In recent years,with the development of China’s transportation power strategy,a large number of urban road tunnels have been constructed,and the traffic safety issues during tunnel operation have gradually attracted the attention of the industry.Due to factors such as tunnel space,lighting,abnormal driver psychology,and behavior,various traffic accidents are prone to occur in tunnels.Urban tunnels are usually located in densely populated urban areas with high traffic flow.Once a safety accident occurs,it is easy to cause serious consequences such as group casualties,tunnel structural damage,and long-term traffic interruption,which has an extremely serious impact on society.Therefore,in order to improve the traffic safety of urban road tunnels and strengthen the traffic safety management of tunnels,it is necessary to conduct systematic research on the traffic safety and guarantee technology of urban road tunnels.First of all,this paper expounds the characteristics of urban road tunnels and the classification of tunnel types,and studies the differences between urban road tunnels and urban roads and highway tunnels.At the same time,it analyzes the time distribution,spatial distribution,gas distribution,accident types and other characteristics of domestic urban road tunnel traffic accidents,and from the perspective of system theory,This paper analyzes the factors that affect the traffic safety of urban road tunnels from the perspectives of tunnel itself,people,transportation,facilities,environment,and management.Then,the principles for selecting evaluation indicators were clarified,and a traffic safety evaluation index system for urban road tunnels was constructed.In order to make the evaluation results more authentic and reliable,after analysis and comparison of various methods,the comprehensive weight of indicators is calculated by the combination weighting method of Game theory,the subjective weight of indicators is calculated by the order relationship analysis method,and the objective weight of indicators is calculated by the entropy method.After comprehensively comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various comprehensive evaluation methods,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on cloud models is constructed to evaluate the traffic safety of urban road tunnels according to the characteristics of urban road tunnel traffic safety.Finally,this paper applies the selected evaluation method through an example,and the evaluation results are consistent with the actual operation of the tunnel,which verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the combination weighting method of Game theory and the comprehensive evaluation method based on cloud model in urban road tunnel traffic safety.By analyzing the evaluation results and influencing factors of urban road tunnel traffic safety,this article proposes urban road tunnel traffic safety assurance technology from the perspectives of speed control technology,visual guidance facilities,and entrance and exit anti-skid technology,providing reference directions for the improvement of urban road tunnel traffic safety assurance technology. |
