| With the development of the social economy,the level of motorization has been greatly improved,and the traffic safety problem has been paid more and more attention.In recent years,China’s road traffic accident rate showed a trend of decline after rising first,suggests that the Chinese road traffic safety level is on the decline.Road traffic safety evaluation has a positive effect in found risk factors of road traffic safety in time and reduce the traffic accident rate,so the study of traffic safety evaluation method is imperative.This paper first analyzes the factor’s affecting of traffic safety,from the "road engineering","Traffic operation status","human and environment" three aspects to analyze the impact of the degree of traffic safety,and then through the selecting principle and filter method of urban road traffic safety evaluation index can be used as the influence factors of evaluation index,and then establish road traffic safety evaluation index system.After establishing the index system,we introduce the matter-element extension method and cloud model,and use the advantages of both to build a road traffic safety evaluation method based on the extension cloud model.The extension cloud model uses the combination weighting method of order relationship analysis and entropy weight method to obtain comprehensive weights.For each indicator,a graded standard cloud is generated,and association degree between the indicator and the standard cloud is calculated.Then,the safety level is determined by the principle of maximum weighted by the degree of membership,and using matlab programming to obtain the expected value of the fuzzy grade feature and reliability.Finally,through the evaluation of the safety level of the three roads,the obtained results are compared with the results obtained by the matter-element extension method,which verifies the feasibility of applying the extension cloud model in the field of urban road traffic safety evaluation,and analyzes the The influence of entropy on the evaluation results obtained the range of reasonable super-entropy when evaluating these three roads.Finally,through the evaluation of the safety level of the three roads,the obtained results are compared with the results obtained by the matter-element extension method,which verifies the feasibility of applying the extension cloud model in the field of urban road traffic safety evaluation.The influence of hyper-entropy on the evaluation results is analyzed and obtained the range of reasonable hyper-entropy when evaluating these three roads.The research in this paper shows that the urban road traffic safety evaluation method based on the extension cloud model is suitable for urban road traffic safety evaluation and can effectively reflect the ambiguity and randomness in practical problems.The evaluation result is more reasonable. |
