| In recent years,as my country has vigorously promoted infrastructure construction,mountain expressways have developed rapidly,which is of great significance to strengthening cultural exchanges and promoting economic growth.However,due to the restrictions of the terrain,special sections such as long downhill slopes and curved slope combinations of mountain expressways abound.In addition,the bad weather in mountainous areas leads to high driving risks on special sections,which seriously affects people’s lives and social stability.At present,researches on driving risks at home and abroad are gradually increasing,but there is no system involving special sections of mountain expressways.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out in-depth research on driving risk assessment and prevention of special sections of mountain expressways.In view of the driving safety of special sections of expressways in mountainous areas,it is urgent to establish a scientific and efficient driving risk assessment system and corresponding prevention and control plan library,aiming to reduce the probability and severity of accidents.The thesis takes the risk of driving on special sections of mountain expressways as the research object,and comprehensively uses the theories and methods of safety management,risk management,statistics,traffic engineering and other disciplines to influence factors,risk values,risk levels,and risks of the research objects Research on key issues such as prevention and treatment.First,systematically learn the theoretical knowledge of risk and risk evaluation,and define driving risk evaluation on this basis.By analyzing the probability and severity of accidents,the risk matrix method is used to divide driving risk levels and determine the corresponding evaluation methods.Secondly,analyze the influencing factors of highway driving risk.Based on the preliminary establishment of driving risk influencing factor set,use the DEMATEL method to construct a driving risk factor identification model to identify the key factors affecting driving risk;take highway accident data as a sample,Using spss analysis software,regression analysis of traffic accident data of driving risk factors,and establishing a risk probability prediction model for driving risk factors.Then,define the special section of the mountain expressway,determine the environmental correction coefficient of the special section;obtain the risk loss consequence value of the driving risk factor through the expert investigation method,and comprehensively analyze and establish the driving risk value calculation model of the special section of the mountain expressway.Then use the analytic hierarchy process and entropy method to weight the driving risk evaluation indicators subjectively and objectively,use the comprehensive weighting method-ideal point method to determine the comprehensive weight value of the evaluation indicators;apply cloud model related principles and MATLAB tools to build cloud model-based mountain areas The applicability and rationality of the evaluation system on special sections of expressway are verified through case analysis.Finally,the thesis conceives the risk prevention and control,and establishes a library of traffic risk prevention and control schemes for special sections of mountain expressways from the aspects of road,vehicle,environment,rescue,and traffic management,in order to reduce the probability and severity of accidents. |
