Abstract/Summary:
At this stage,it is just the bottleneck for China to change from a "manufacturing power" to a "manufacturing power".Green and sustainable development is an important promotion of manufacturing reform.Only with the green development trend,can the manufacturing industry achieve the improvement of energy consumption and the rational utilization of natural ecology,and is really implementing the green development strategy of "green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains".Therefore,the central and local government departments actively promulgate various low-carbon policies.According to the exploration of various low carbon policies,it is not difficult to see that there are many types of such low carbon policies,and different types of policies have different harms to the sustainable development of the manufacturing industry.In view of the reality of sustainable development of green manufacturing industry in various provinces and cities,especially how to deploy policy specific tools and achieve green production and manufacturing,little is known.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to deeply analyze the impact of low-carbon policies and the use of lowcarbon remediation tools on the green sustainable development of manufacturing industry in provinces and cities(autonomous prefectures,municipal districts)and the ways to promote it.The main line in this paper is the current policy approach of low-carbon environmental protection that endangers the green and sustainable development of manufacturing industry.First of all,it elaborates the mechanism of different lowcarbon environmental protection policies and the factors of manufacturing enterprises on the green sustainable development of manufacturing industry.Secondly,the paper selects the evaluation index system of green sustainable development of manufacturing industry by reference method,and calculates the green and stable development level of manufacturing industry in 30 provinces(outside Tibet)from2009 to 2020 by entropy weight method.Third,the research idea selects the fuzzy set decision comparative analysis(fs QCA)to explore the policy tools in use and assess the impact on the green and sustainable development of the manufacturing industry.The combination of policy tool theory and policy tool determines the green and sustainable development of manufacturing industry.After expounding the unbiasedness of the important conditions of a single standard,we made three current policy approaches of high green sustainable development level with fs QCA3.0 mobile phone software,and explained and analyzed the obtained approaches.Therefore,we got the final results and analyzed how to use the current low-carbon environmental protection policies to better improve the green sustainable development level of China’s manufacturing industry.It aims to make a theoretical contribution to the transformation from a manufacturing power to a manufacturing power in China.
