Evaluation And Application Research On Green Development Of The Coal Industry

With the rapid development of the times,green development has become one of the five core requirements of the new development concept.As a pillar industry of energy,the coal industry urgently needs to seek green development.However,at present,the green development evaluation system of the coal industry is lacking,making it difficult to guide the high-quality green transformation of the coal industry.Therefore,establishing a green development evaluation system for the coal industry has become a key management issue for the green development of the coal industry.Based on the review and combing of relevant literature on green development at home and abroad,the thesis closely combines the connotation of green development in coal industry,based on theories of green development,sustainable development,stakeholder theory,externality theory,etc.,uses the balanced scorecard evaluation method to construct an evaluation index system for green development in coal industry in four dimensions: financial,customer,internal process,and learning and growth,and uses entropy The evaluation model of green development in coal industry is constructed by using entropy method to assign weights,and it is found that indicators such as environmental honors and rewards and green procurement have important influence on green development.After that,the thesis analyzed the green development of LHKC from 2019-2021 using the constructed coal industry green development evaluation system,and found that the green development level of LHKC was on an upward trend,but the overall green development was at a lower level in the industry.Then,the thesis benchmarked and analyzed the situation of four dimensions of green development of LHKC in 2021 with the best level in the industry,and found that LHKC has problems such as low ratio of R&D investment,few innovation achievements,low efficiency of resource use,high rate of pollution emission and low green investment.Finally,based on the research findings,the thesis puts forward relevant suggestions such as increasing green innovation investment,strengthening the promotion of advanced equipment,increasing environmental protection capital investment,improving the establishment of environmental protection management mechanism,and deepening the concept of green development.The thesis has made a breakthrough in the coal industry green development evaluation index system and weight determination method,which can provide reference for the green development evaluation of other industries,and also provide a basis for the high-quality green transformation of LHKC.
