With the rapid development of the world’s automotive industry,consumers’ incomes continue to increase,in the future,automobile ro-ro transportation will be the most promising commodity vehicle transportation mode,in the automotive logistics chain,automotive special ro-ro terminal is the intersection point of a variety of transportation modes.For the emission of automobile exhaust,the carbon emissions of ro-ro ships during transportation also add a burden to the development of low-carbon green ports.Therefore,it is imperative to develop a scientific and practical low-carbon green port evaluation system,and this study uses AHPentropy weight method and fuzzy evaluation method to construct a low-carbon green development level evaluation model of automobile ro-ro terminal,and determines the index measurement method,and takes the D port automobile ro-ro terminal as the evaluation object for case analysis.According to the evaluation results,suggestions for improving the lowcarbon and green development level of Port D Automobile Ro-Ro Terminal are put forward,and the main research work of this study is as follows:Firstly,based on the theory of low-carbon green development,the relevant concepts of low-carbon green ports,the factors affecting the low-carbon development of ports and the development goals of low-carbon ports are analyzed,which lays a foundation for the selection and analysis of low-carbon green development indicators.On the basis of clarifying the connotation of low-carbon green ports and the impact of various aspects on them,according to the characteristics of the production and operation of the automobile ro-ro terminal,the relevant theories and methods of systematic evaluation were applied,and the evaluation indicators of low-carbon green development level were selected in combination with literature analysis,and a low-carbon green automobile port evaluation index system that met the standards was constructed.The system includes the target layer,the standard layer and the index layer,the criterion layer is the four dimensions of resources and environment,policy and system,facilities and production management and technological innovation,and the index layer has 25 indicators such as comprehensive energy consumption per unit throughput of port production,port cargo throughput,and port operation automation level.Secondly,based on the indicators of low-carbon green development level evaluation of automobile ro-ro terminals and the selected evaluation methods,the evaluation model of low-carbon green development level of automobile ro-ro terminals in this study was constructed using AHPentropy weight method and fuzzy evaluation method,and the measurement and calculation methods of the indicators were determined.Thirdly,taking the Port D Automobile Ro-Ro Terminal as the evaluation object,the evaluation results show that the carbon emissions generated by the daily operation of commercial vehicles and other production links of the Port D Automobile Ro-Ro Terminal have a great impact on the low-carbon and green terminal while the throughput increases.Finally,based on the evaluation results,this study puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of low-carbon green port of Port D automobile ro-ro terminal from the aspects of optimizing the collection and distribution system,improving the efficiency of ship loading and unloading,strengthening ship dispatching and smart port construction,implementing relevant policies and systems,and strengthening publicity.The research conclusion aims to provide a reference for the evaluation and improvement of the low-carbon development level of automobile ro-ro terminals,provide a reference basis for the governance and policies of relevant departments on the low-carbon and green development of automobile ro-ro terminals,and provide guiding significance for the lowcarbon and green development of the overall automobile shipping industry.
