Today,with the rapid development of science and technology society,computer technology has been popularized in the development process of enterprises,followed by innovative changes in enterprise information data management mode,for example,production safety has been further promoted.In addition,in the era of big data,enterprises have obtained development opportunities,but also encountered some difficulties,mainly manifested in the stability and security of management work.Among them,the most important is the safety management information work.As the big data environment involves a wide range of information content,massive data and so on,the existing security risks are endless.Therefore,it is imperative to strengthen the information management of production safety in enterprises.In order to achieve steady development,enterprises need to deeply understand the significance of production safety information,combined with the characteristics of its development,the construction of production safety information management system,to ensure the production quality of enterprises.Based on the actual situation of a mine,an in-depth investigation was conducted,and ideas and suggestions from various aspects were collected through questionnaire survey and field investigation.An information platform for the safety risk control of all mine personnel was constructed,and the safety management process system was reshaped through the construction of informatization,big data platform and double prevention mechanism.Information resource sharing and multi-party business collaboration are completed.It realizes the pre-identification of the safety risks and occupational hazard factors of the entire production and operation process,production technology,equipment and facilities,working environment and behavior of mining enterprises,and carries out the evaluation and classification,so that each responsible subject of the mine can predict and pre-control,and the employees can self-identify and control the safety risks,and self-check the hidden dangers,and dynamically adjust according to the changes of harmful factors.And continue to improve.At the same time,the mobile phone APP software and background management system are developed.After the completion of the information platform for the safety risk control of all mine personnel,the closed-loop processing of all work is realized,including the large closed-loop of personnel entry and exit and the small closed-loop of daily work items.Research has realized mine risk early warning,forecast and pre-control,and gradually improved the essential safety level of mine personnel;It breaks the limitations of traditional mine safety informatization,such as single system,information sharing,low management efficiency and poor effectiveness,and provides a reference for mining enterprises to realize scientific,platform-based and standardized safety production management.
