Research On Integrated Information Platform Of Coal Mine Risk Control

With the increasing content of safety management in coal mini ng enterprises,the content of risk management and control is const antly strengthening,and the key content of this is to construct risk classification management system.In a group company,the risk management content of multiple coal mines is a very important co ntent of safety management,so a complete risk classification mana gement and control system should be established and aided by info rmation means to improve the overall safety management level.On the basis of the safety system engineering and the safety informat ion theory,this paper uses computer tools to identify and evaluate the risk,and establishes an early warning model and the optimizati on scheme of security countermeasures,and develops the integrated information platform for the risk classification management and co ntrol of coal mine,and comprehensively manages the risk informati on to provide security for the safety production of the coal mine.This paper first analyzes the risk of coal mine enterprises,est ablishes a coal mine accident cause model,analyzes the risk factor s of the coal mine,and studies the risk grade and risk type of the coal enterprise according to the actual situation of the coal mine enterprise,and then establishes the accident risk from the two angl es of the coal mine and the group company.Based on the manage ment concept of PDCA and improving the efficiency of risk mana gement and control,the risk classification management system is p ut forward,and the technical scheme and implementation steps of r isk classification management and control are designed to form a r isk management and control program that can be circularly updated and continuously improved,and then the analysis and early warni ng technology of coal mine accident risk is studied and built.The risk early warning model of coal mine is set up,and the risk co ntrol countermeasures are studied.The standardized risk database a nd countermeasure database are established.Finally,the integrated i nformation platform of risk classification management and control i s developed.The platform includes two independent and compleme ntary management platforms of the web platform and Android platf orm to break through the traditional single management.The syste m combines two kinds of information technology to improve the e fficiency of risk management and control.The integrated informatio n platform for risk classification management and control of coal mine risk classification system is integrated.It is an effective infor mation method suitable for risk classification management content,and can improve and improve the safety management level of coal mine,and ensure the safety production of coal mine enterprises to the greatest extent.
