Present Situation And New System Construction Of Safety Production Management In XC Goldmine

In recent years, the mine disastrous accident is on the rise, which has not only endangered the safety of people’s lives, but also caused huge economic losses to the country, restricted the sustainable development of mining enterprises, and resulted in adverse social impact. In fact, traditional safety management has been unable to meet the current needs of mine safety management, therefore, the integration of modern information technology and mine safety management is getting more and more attention. Information construction in the field of safety production management is becomes the inherent requirement of safety production.According to the current safety production management status and existing problems of XC gold, a mine production safety management information system is designed under the basis of theory of mine safety production management, the direction of integration of informationization and industrialization and the technology of computer network, database and supporting management. A new mode of information management is formed, which effectively implements the integrated management of XC gold safety information, but also greatly accelerated its informatization process.The paper has fully analyzed the management status of XC gold including main business, management assessment and construction of the six security systems etc and has proposed new mine safety management needs. In-depth study of heterogeneous multi-source data fusion technology and multi-information integration approach is made and an integrated safety management platform for integrated service is built. A new safety management system of XC gold is constructed based on J2EE platform and oracle database, which has changed the traditional ways of management and has realized the diversity, fine, intensity and grid of safety management. The paper has also teased out the XC gold safety management and data flow, and formed the overall implementation of the program.Application example shows that the new system of XC gold production safety management can effectively implement the integration of informationization and industrialization into the production and management practices of mining enterprises, open up a new way for mine safety management and provide references to underground metal mine safety production management model construction.
