Research On The Inheritance And Develpoment Of Liuzhou River Snails Rice Noodles From The Perspective Of Intangible Cultural Heritage

Liuzhou river snails rice noodles is a valuable cultural heritage nurtured by the people in Liuzhou in the long-term life and reproduction development,and it carries the unique food culture and spiritual culture of the people in Liuzhou.With the development of the times,Liuzhou river snails rice noodles continues to innovate,showing strong vitality at the current stage,and becoming a local characteristic non-heritage industry.This study is of great significance for understanding the culture of Liuzhou river snails rice noodles and the inheritance and development of Liuzhou river snails rice noodles culture.This paper analyzed and studied the origin,development,cultural connotation,characteristics,contemporary value and specific practices of inheritance and development of Liuzhou river snails rice noodles by using literature research and field research methods,and summarizes its inheritance and development experience,in order to provide reference for the inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage in China.The study found that Liuzhou river snails rice noodles is evolved on the basis of Liuzhou people’s long-standing edible snail and edible rice noodles,and is the product of ethnic exchanges and blending,and now Liuzhou river snails rice noodles has been used as a city business card to show the world the fortune and profound urban culture of Liuzhou real estate,the urban spirit of hard-working,willing to innovate and the rapid development of the city figure,showing ample cultural connotation and era value in inheritance and development.In the context of the new era,the specific practices of the inheritance and development of Liuzhou river snails rice noodles included: the government has actively played a leading role,broadens the inheritance methods through multiple channels,has built a diversified intangible cultural heritage communication system,the development of diversified intangible cultural heritage tourism models and has used industrialized development models,these specific practices promote the living inheritance and sustainable development of Liuzhou river snails rice noodles,and have a certain reference role.
