Research On The Activation And Development Of Rural Intangible Cultural Heritage

The construction of rural culture is the soul casting project of Rural Revitalization.The protection and development of intangible cultural heritage is not only a continuation of civilization,but also the inheritance and development of the spirit and emotions of all nations.However,with the development of society,the problem of the existence of intangible cultural heritage has become increasingly apparent.Although China and governments at all levels have been increasing the protection of intangible cultural heritage in recent years,the survival and development of intangible cultural heritage are still facing many difficulties.Only by focusing on innovative development and creative transformation according to the actual situation,can we in the social background of rural revitalization,To realize the continuation and healthy development of intangible cultural heritage.Fengning Manchu Autonomous County,Chengde City,Hebei Province,is rich in local culture and rich in Manchu intangible cultural heritage resources.This paper takes Fengning Manchu paper cutting,a national intangible cultural heritage in Fengning Manchu Autonomous County,Hebei Province,as an example.On the basis of reading and analyzing a large number of documents,it uses the methods of field investigation and interview to study the actual protection and activation development of Fengning Manchu paper cutting.The results show that the main problems in the activation and development of Fengning Manchu paper-cut are:neglecting the cultural value of intangible cultural heritage and insufficient integration with culture and education industry;Lack of cultural talents related to intangible cultural heritage and neglect the cultivation of inheritors;The government guidance is weak,and the publicity work needs to be improved.The reason for the above problems is that there are drawbacks in the way of inheritance and development,and the content is lack of innovation;The economic benefit is not high and the industrialization degree is low;The government has insufficient guidance and publicity work is not in place.Based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the activation and development of intangible cultural heritage:attach importance to cultural value,develop scientifically,create the vitality of intangible cultural heritage,optimize the scientific and technological innovation ability and innovative design of intangible cultural heritage works,make intangible cultural heritage return to life,and increase the support and protection for inheritors;Enhance multi-party participation,tap a new generation of inheritors,promote the fluidity of paper cutting,promote multi-dimensional cooperation and coordinated development,increase public participation,and use new media to raise public awareness of intangible cultural heritage at a deeper level;We will strengthen government guidance in various ways,stimulate the vitality of paper cutting,promote the in-depth integration of intangible cultural heritage with education,tourism,cultural and creative products,and boost the activation and development of intangible cultural heritage.The innovation of this paper is to combine the actual situation of intangible cultural heritage,and analyze the basic principles and Strategies of rural intangible cultural heritage activation from point to area,which provides relevant experience and reference for the activation and development of intangible cultural heritage in the future.
