Curriculum ideology and politics is a kind of comprehensive education idea which takes "cultivating morality and educating people" as the fundamental task of education.It is the hot spot of education researchers’ attention and research at present.At present,ideological and political studies in curriculum are carried out in all stages of school education,but there are relatively few studies in the field of curriculum ideological and political studies in secondary vocational.Senior high school is a critical period of shaping students’ ideological values.The implementation of curriculum ideology and politics is an important way to strengthen vocational moral education and promote the development of students’ knowledge and skills learning,ideas and personal qualities synchronously."Food Nutrition and Hygiene" is the basic compulsory course of agricultural product storage and processing major in secondary vocational schools.It undertakes the important task of helping students understand the knowledge of food nutrition and hygiene and laying the foundation for students to engage in professional work in the future.The implementation of curriculum ideology and politics in Food Nutrition and Hygiene in secondary vocational schools is a critical way to train students to improve their professional quality,establish healthy ideas,form scientific attitudes and thinking,and also an important channel to carry out the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people.In order to realize the organic integration of ideological and political education and curriculum knowledge,we should not only dig out the ideological and political content contained in the curriculum,but also make clear the specific methods of the ideological and political content penetrating into the teaching process.Therefore,this paper carries out research from the perspective of "from theory to practice".First of all,guided by the current research status and relevant theoretical basis,combined with the comprehensive analysis of the work content,curriculum content and target orientation,student development needs and national strategy of moral education in secondary vocational schools,the ideological and political content system of Food Nutrition and Health course was constructed.Secondly,combined with the investigation and analysis of the implementation status of the course "Food Nutrition and Health" and the teaching status of ideological and political education of specialized courses in secondary vocational schools,the author further constructed six ways of the implementation of the course "Food Nutrition and Health",so as to ensure the promotion and implementation of the course ideological and political education in practice.Thirdly,based on the content system and implementation path,the design principles of ideological and political teaching in the curriculum are clarified,the process of ideological and political teaching in the curriculum is constructed,and the evaluation methods of ideological and political teaching in the curriculum are enriched,and the teaching practice is carried out in the course of Food Nutrition and Health for students who majors in agricultural product storage and processing in N secondary vocational School of Sichuan Province.In order to achieve the goal of improving students’ learning attitude,have a positive impact on students’ ideological values and make students have a good sense of class gain.Based on this,by comparing the results of students’ learning attitude scale and thought value scale before and after teaching practice,combined with students’ sense of class acquisition survey,students’ interview survey and teaching process records,the effect of teaching practice is comprehensively analyzed,so as to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the design and implementation of ideological and political teaching of Food Nutrition and Health in secondary vocational school.The final practical results show that the integration of ideological and political elements into the teaching of Food Nutrition and Health has a positive impact on the change of students’ learning attitude and the improvement of their ideological and political level.Moreover,students have a strong sense of class gain and have a relatively satisfied attitude towards the implementation of ideological and political elements in the course. |
