| In recent years, the improvement of rural living environment has become a key task in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, and is closely related to the physical health of rural residents and the process of building beautiful and livable rural areas.Although some phased achievements have been achieved in the renovation of rural human settlements, the problems existing in some areas have not been fundamentally resolved, and there is still a significant gap between the requirements of rural revitalization and the expectations of the farmers,"The phenomenon of "three heaps "still exists in some villages." Modernization inside the house and messy and poor outside the house "indicate that the current situation of rural human settlements governance in China is still grim, and there is still a long way to go in rural human settlements governance. There is still room for optimization and progress in carrying out the" three heaps "governance work.As an important participant in rural "three heaps" governance, farmers play multiple roles in "three heaps" governance, both as producers and victims,as well as beneficiaries of governance.Their willingness to participate is one of the key factors that affect the effectiveness of rural"three heaps" governance. Therefore, countries and academia have increasingly attached importance to the participation of farmers in the process of rural human settlements improvement. This article takes the farmers in the area under the jurisdiction of G County as the research object, and based on the current situation of the "three heaps" governance in G County, studies the willingness of farmers to participate in the "three heaps" governance in G County.Firstly,it sorts out the relevant concepts and theories needed for research on "three heaps" governance.Secondly,an objective description of the current situation of the "three heaps" governance in G County is presented from aspects such as the development stage and governance measures of the "three heaps" governance.Through questionnaire surveys and statistical analysis, the willingness of farmers to participate in the "three heaps" governance in G County is analyzed, and the following conclusions are drawn:The overall willingness of farmers to participate in the "three heaps" governance in G County is relatively high, but there are still five main problems in practice. The first is insufficient infrastructure construction,"The second is the contradiction between the logic of rural life and the governance of the" three heaps ".The third is that farmers have a weak sense of participation. The fourth is that farmers have insufficient incentives to participate in the governance of the"three heaps".The fifth is that farmers have a low awareness of the governance of the"three heaps ".Next, based on the theory of social differentiation and normative activation, the factors influencing farmers’ willingness to participate in "three heaps" governance are analyzed using a dual Logistic regression model and a structural equation model. The results show that:(1)farmers’ hierarchical differentiation has a significant positive impact on farmers’ willingness to participate in "three heaps" governance;(2)In the "three heaps"governance, individual norms significantly affect the willingness of individual farmers to participate;(3)The result consciousness of farmers not only significantly affects individual norms, but also indirectly affects their individual norms through attribution of responsibility. Finally, based on the above analysis, this paper proposes targeted countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the "three heaps" governance of farmers’ willingness to participate in G County.First, focus on cultivating farmers’ ecological values;Second, innovate the village level management mode of "three heaps" to achieve the goal of long-term improvement of"three heaps" governance;Third, encourage the participation of various social forces to enhance the enthusiasm of farmers to participate in the "three heaps" governance; The fourth is to clarify the village punishment mechanism and enhance farmers’ awareness of environmental protection. |
