| In the context of globalization,competition is becoming increasingly motivated.Company W is a company engaged in the production and sales of admixtures,and is a state-owned enterprise,which has problems such as extensive management,low profit margins and insufficient employee motivation.After research and preparation in the second half of 2022,Company W officially introduced the Amoeba Operating model in early 2023.This paper studies the introduction process of the Amoeba Operating model in W company,summarizes the experience and shortcomings in the process of promoting the Amoeba Operating model in a timely manner,provides suggestions and guidance for the in-depth promotion of the model,and promotes the improvement of the operation quality of W enterprise.This paper conducts case study by combining with the practice of W company’s Amoeba Operating model on the basis of in-depth study of Amoeba Operating related literature at home and abroad.In the study,it adopts quantitative and qualitative methods to carry out in-depth study on W company’s Amoeba Operating model through interviews,data reference,field visit and other methods;the implementation of the Amoeba Operating model of W company is deeply studied.In the process of introducing the Amoeba Operating model,W Company emphasizes the personal practice and responsibility of leading cadres in the guidance of culture,and requires the construction of corporate culture to be implemented in the daily behavior of employees;In terms of organizational division,the management level was adjusted first,and then the headquarters management department was merged,and then the operation center and sales center were selected as two amoebas for internal transactions;In terms of daily accounting,the value-added accounting table was formulated with reference to the unit time accounting table of the amoeba business model,and the two amoebic organizations reported the income and cost of the day every day to calculate the per capita added value created.The study shows that after the introduction of the Amoeba Operating model,the operating situation of W Company has improved significantly: first,the operating performance has improved,and the profit margin of Company W’s operating income has increased by 26.48% year-on-year;Second,performance management improved,employee compensation increased by 28.86% year-on-year,of which the marketing Amoeba team increased by 49.94% on average;Third,the management efficiency has been improved,and the number of some approval process nodes has been reduced by 7,and the efficiency has increased by about 47%. |
