The mean of “Amoeba” is originally a smallest kind of living creature featured by its flexibility and self-generation.This ability has been cited into a new business management created by Mr.INAMORI KAZUO in Japan.After AMOEBA management led Kyocera to a big success and saved the JAL(Japanese airline)from brink of collapse,it became popular both in practice and learning.And now more and more Chinese company study and lead it to own organization management.It's clearly that AMOEBA MANAGEMENT is not mere management approaches.AMOEBA itself means self-generation and flexibility management which is belong to concept of philosophy.The profound change of mindset is before and guide any measurements.And in those all measures the organization and procedures planning is the core step of Amoeba management.This research base on Amoeba implementation practice in YS Company which is a traditional exporting-oriented firm with more than 12 years history.Under the circumstance of cost increase and price reducing,the company planned to adjust development strategy to start domestic selling and direct access to overseas retailers and customers.The Amoeba management contribute to the system renovation and meanwhile encountered problems of team construction,inner transaction,operation accounting and KPI redesign etc.Teamwork achieved part of designed aim and have had a further and clearer map of management.YS Company has introduced this management partly which merely emphasized inner transaction between production and sales sections.The lack of deliberate and through scheme caused unexpected baffle and finally end up with no obvious effect.At beginning of this implementation.YS Company has designed the integrated scheme and divided all works into several modules.Those modules included team-building.Inner transaction.Operation account.KPI structure and have been all planned in a whole timetable as works of projects management.This thesis focus on Amoeba management implementation practice in YS company and relevant to management theory.From the core of implementation scheme it try to research and analysis management renovation in a traditional manufacturing company,to find out valuable experience and deficiencies.
