Study On Staff Schedule Optimization Of Xi’an Urban Gas Stations Of YCShell Company

With the continuous development of the national economy and the continuous improvement of the traffic network,and it has continued to increase,with the current number of motor vehicles in Xi’an,Shaanxi Province exceeding 4.2 million.As a related gas station industry,affected by it,more and more consumers are paying attention to it,and gas stations have become one of the necessary places for people to live.As one of the necessary places for life,the gas station has faced unprecedented challenges in its main source of profit with the continuous compression of the gross profit space of oil products in recent years.In the face of fierce competitive environment,cost reduction and efficiency increase have gradually become an important issue for gas station enterprises.But in practice,in terms of personnel cost management,due to the different management levels of enterprises themselves,the personnel cost management capabilities of enterprises are also different.For human cost management,shift scheduling system optimization is an important starting point.The optimization of the shift scheduling system is also affected by factors such as peak and valley sales of the service station and on-site staffing.However,in the actual operation,each refined oil retail enterprise did not carry out the refined shift management,resulting in many problems such as excessive labor intensity,high risk of labor disputes,and low labor efficiency.The subject of this study is "Study on Staff Schedule Optimization of Xi’an Urban Gas Stations of YCShell company",mainly taking the gas station of YCShell ’s Xi’an urban area as the research object.Through the study of the current domestic and foreign gas station industry scheduling theory,based on the operation data of the gas station in Xi’an City of YCShell Company,guided by the refinement theory,through the use of field survey and Delphi method,the factors affecting the scheduling are analyzed,including the gun lifting frequency,the ratio of diesel to gasoline,and the on-site congestion,and then the scheduling model is obtained through further analysis.Then evaluate the research results and select specific service stations for implementation.Finally,it has achieved results in post optimization and labor efficiency.Through the elaboration of this study,I hope it can give some guidance to domestic refined oil retail enterprises and promote the sound and rapid development of the whole industry.
