The Design And Implementation Of The Network Oil Multi-function Inventory System

According to the present situation that oil-water interface of crude oil storage tank and moisture content of the crude oil in each layer which is measured by backward method and low precision.Combining with the working demand,we design a set of automatic check system which for Spring joint station that belong to Spring oil production plant of Shengli Oilfield.This system can measure the moisture content of the crude oil storage tank accurately,quickly and online,and realize the automation and precision of the measurement.On the basis of fully analyzing the existing system,this paper demonstrates and designs from the aspects of software and hardware.In hardware,at first we design the theory of capacitance sensor.After many experiments,the charging and discharging method is adopted,and the capacitance detection method with high measurement accuracy and stable performance is designed.At the same time,the relationship between moisture content and temperature density of crude oil measured by high frequency electromagnetic wave is studied quantitatively,and the relation expression between moisture content W and capacitance C at different temperature is obtained.In software,the whole system is designed by using three-dimensional force control software,including the main function of real-time database establishment,communication equipment service program,data storage,data forwarding and extension module.The system takes the real-time database as the core,the database can access each other,can be mutually server and client,compose all kinds of network applications flexibly.we focus on the study of the composition and operation mode of three-dimensional force control real-time database.Operating system can complete the various operations on the real-time production data: such as real-time data processing,history data storage,statistical data processing,alarm processing and data processing service requests.Meanwhile,Real-time database can store configuration data,real time data,historical data and so on in a certain form of organization.The basic configuration data of the real-time database can be generated by the manager,and the running system can be deployed.Besides,this system supports the WEB application,and can release the real-time database data in WEB mode.The oil production plant users can use the Internet to view the real-time production of the station library directly.Finally,the feasibility of the system is verified by tests and experiments.The causes of the error are analyzed,and good results are achieved,and the expected goal is achieved.
