Pneumoconiosis is the focus of mine occupational health prevention and control,and research on coal mine dust and occupational health prevention is of great significance to the protection of the production environment and the occupational health of workers.At present,the research and development of mining respiratory protection products in my country is relatively backward,the product update is slow,the structure and function are single,and the human-machine matching degree,comfort and surface sealing of the product need to be improved.This subject meets the actual production and operation needs of the Shendong Shenfu mining area,and designs a helmet that can meet the respiratory protection safety of underground workers,enhance the safety and comfort of the product,and improve the user experience of the product.The main research content of this thesis is as follows:(1)Clarify the basic attributes of mining respiratory protective helmets in this study.Through literature research and field investigation,the current research status of underground respiratory protection products,the development process and design status of mining respiratory protection helmets are analyzed,and the research value of selected topics is explained;starting from the mine environment,the importance of respiratory protection is pointed out.Analyze the types of general respiratory protection products,focus on air-supplied products,lead to the category of mining respiratory protection helmets,and clarify the basic attributes of mining respiratory protection helmets in this study.(2)Based on the QFD theory,carry out research on design elements and clarify product design requirementsCarry out user demand research,start from the user’s point of view,use the observation method to study the user’s life style and user operation behavior,on this basis,use the interview method to construct user portraits and draw user journey maps,and tap the original needs of users.Use the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to analyze the priority of the selected user needs,and further complete the mapping from user needs to product functions to obtain product function elements;Layer-by-layer transformation of requirements-functional elements and functional elements-design elements,and build a house-of-quality model of design elements to further analyze and determine product design requirements.(3)Product design development and simulation research on respiratory protection performanceDesign analysis and program output are carried out from the human-machine level,and the design program is screened in the form of scale evaluation;based on the screening program,the product air supply performance research is carried out from the perspective of human facial comfort.Use ANSYS Fluent software for helmet visor hydrodynamic analysis and experimental test verification to verify whether the performance and parameters of the product meet the general change rules and design requirements under different parameter conditions,and whether the wind speed on the human face is comfortable.According to the results of simulation and experimental evaluation,a new product is designed through iterative optimization of the previous design scheme from the aspects of product layout and other factors that may affect user comfort and user experience.The research on the design of mining respiratory protective helmet products provides a feasible design scheme for the personal dust protection of underground miners,and effectively guarantees the respiratory protection safety of underground workers.
