| In recent years,China’s carbon dioxide emissions continue to grow. With the increasing energy consumption of residents,it is urgent to guide residents to reduce carbon emissions. The development of a low-carbon society is inseparable from the active participation of the public. The public should not only implement low-carbon behaviors, but also be aware of the importance of low-carbon and learn more about lowcarbon knowledge,so that they can carry out low-carbon activities more autonomously and spontaneously. Therefore,it is necessary to explore the whole process of residents’ low-carbon involvement from cognition to behavior. Thus,it can further promote and enhance the low-carbon involvement of urban residents. In this process,it can guide residents to change from passive participation in low-carbon to active implementation of low-carbon involvement, and ultimately promote the formation of low carbon society. This thesis comprehensively considers the generation mechanism and evolution process of low-carbon involvement. On the basis of the involvement theory,a theoretical model of the driving mechanism of low-carbon involvement of urban residents is constructed. This thesis analyzes the current situation and difference characteristics of urban residents’ low-carbon involvement. On this basis,a low-carbon involvement diffusion model is constructed, and situational factors are added for simulation analysis. The research contents and main conclusions are as follows:(1)Construction and empirical analysis of low-carbon involvement driving model for urban residents.First of all,on the basis of literature research, combined with indepth interviews with residents and grounded theory analysis, this thesis explores the connotation and structure of low-carbon involvement from the perspective of the generation mechanism and evolution process of involvement. This thesis defines the low-carbon involvement of urban residents as the cognitive involvement of low-carbon knowledge, the acquisition of low-carbon-related information, the adoption of specific low-carbon behaviors, and the low-carbon impact on others.Secondly, the theoretical model of low-carbon involvement driving mechanism of urban residents is constructed.Combined with pre-survey,861 valid questionnaires were obtained from the formal survey. The results prove that egoistic value and face culture negatively affect the perception of low-carbon utility, and altruistic values, ecological values, social atmosphere and other factors have positive effects on low-carbon utility perception, and values, subjective norms, social norms, social climate and face culture all affect lowcarbon involvement through the perception of low-carbon utility. In addition to lowcarbon cognitive involvement, situational factors have a significant moderating effect on the path of perception of low-carbon utility acting on low-carbon information involvement,low-carbon behavior involvement, and influencing the involvement of others. There are significant differences in some demographic characteristics of lowcarbon involvement.(2)Low-carbon involvement diffusion and simulation analysis of urban residents. With the help of MATLAB simulation platform, based on the weighted small world theory,an individual low-carbon involvement diffusion model is constructed to study the law of low-carbon involvement diffusion under the intervention of situational factors. The results show that the average level of individuals in the network can be improved quickly, and the network equilibrium can be optimized first by determining the sender of low-carbon involvement diffusion in the way of knowledge priority.Under the combined and individual effects of external situational factors, the diffusion efficiency and balance of low-carbon involvement will be significantly improved.Different situational factors have different effects on the diffusion of low-carbon involvement of urban residents. After adding the supporting infrastructure factor, the average level of low-carbon involvement is the most obvious, while after adding the personal economic cost factor, the average level is not significantly improved, and the network balance is worse.(3)Through the research results, this thesis puts forward the strategic framework for guiding low-carbon involvement of urban residents from five perspectives:individual factors, social factors, demographic variables, strengthening low-carbon utility perception, and strengthening the transformation of low-carbon utility perception to low-carbon involvement. There are 35 figures,80 tables and 183 references in this thesis. |
