Under the background of the new era,the new population of the country is showing a downward trend year by year,and phenomenon of population aging is intensifying,and the strategic advantage of talent training of private manufacturing enterprises will become the core competitiveness of today’s society.JSZN is a private enterprise that produces silicon materials.Affected by the turbulent economic environment in recent years,enterprises have undergone several personnel adjustments,and have entered the stage of strategic transformation with the help of the wave of "carbon neutrality" and "carbon peaking".With the expansion of the new manufacturing base and the continuous innovation of R&D technology,a large number of talents urgently need to be allocated to production and technology R&D work,with the continuous development and progress of enterprises,the road of training optimization of enterprises is therefore imperative.Based on the current situation of JSZN enterprises,this thesis conducts a comprehensive survey of the current training status of enterprises through interviews and questionnaires,analyzes and summarizes the training problems existing in enterprises during the strategic transformation period,and proposes targeted solutions.Through the survey,it is found that the problems in the current training system mainly include unclear training needs,irregular training system processes,lack of expert training talents,and imperfect lecturer training and management plans.This thesis proposes an improvement path for JSZN training optimization from four dimensions.First,optimize the training system,establish a training needs matrix and a special committee to ensure the establishment and implementation of training issues.Second,improve the training system process,focusing on the process of employee skill training and employee advanced theory training.Third,continue to sort out enterprise training courses,maintain the continuous development of training courses,and dynamically update the teaching material library.Fourth,formulate a systematic lecturer training plan and incentive mechanism to improve the skills and training effect of lecturers.By optimizing the enterprise training system,improving the training effect,and enhancing the overall quality of the employees,the enterprise can achieve rapid transformation under the background of the current strategic transformation.
