Study On The Adverse Effects And Countermeasures Of Coal Mining On The Local Countryside In Yongcheng,Henan Province

Under the background of achieving the strategic goal of carbon peak and carbon neutralization,the sustainable development of rural economy,society and environment has been attached great importance by the society.Especially in the rural areas of coal mining,the economic and social development of coal mining has been hindered to varying degrees due to the negative effects of vegetation destruction,environmental pollution,soil fertility decline,farmers’ land loss and so on.How to eliminate these adverse effects is a hot issue in the academic circle,but also the realistic need of China’s socialist construction with Chinese characteristics in the new era.This paper takes the rural areas of Yongcheng mining area in Henan province as the research object,uses the research methods such as questionnaire survey,interview and literature research,and on the premise of defining related concepts and theories,conducts a systematic study on the adverse effects of coal mining in Yongcheng on the local rural areas.The study found that the negative impact of Yongcheng coal mining on local "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" mainly has the following aspects: first,it affects the development of local rural areas,including the impact of rural construction planning,mining township conflicts and disputes occur from time to time,exhaust emissions affect the environmental quality.Secondly,it has affected local agricultural production,including coal mining occupying a large amount of cultivated land,polluting land resources and destroying the original local land conditions.Third,it affects the normal life of local rural residents.For example,the livelihood of farmers is restricted,some farmers are forced to relocate and settle in other places,resulting in the change of rural habitat and the rupture of traditional culture.The result is to increase the cost of rural social construction,increase the factors of rural social instability,lead to the decline of local ecological environment quality,reduce the land area,lead to the decline of soil fertility,accelerate soil erosion,forced outflow of rural surplus labor,some farmers’ rights and interests seriously damaged.In view of the above consequences,this paper puts forward the following solutions: first,the government should improve the relevant laws and regulations of coal mining,strengthen the regulations on safety production management,and strengthen the responsibility consciousness of enterprises in green mining.Secondly,it is necessary to strengthen the ecological protection of agricultural resources in mining areas,optimize the land use structure of coal mining areas,improve the soil fertility conditions of coal mining production areas,and carry out comprehensive treatment of coal mining subsidence areas.Finally,it is necessary to improve the living security of rural residents in coal mine production areas,promote the adjustment of rural industrial economic structure,meet the reasonable demands of farmers’ interests,and protect local characteristics and local culture.How to guarantee our country’s energy production and supply and promote the economic and social development in the mining area is a systematic project.The research of this paper is representative,and the research results and measures have certain guiding significance to the development of the vast rural areas with mineral resources.At the same time,the research of this paper also needs to be further in-depth,I also hope through further research,for our rural economic and social development to make an contribution.
