China was the world’s largest coal production country and about95%of coalproduction of china derived from underground mining operation. This way not only severelydamaged numerous land resources, but also destroyed ecological environment. Economicand social sustainable development of mine was serious constrained.Therefor national andlocal governments attached great importance to the comprehensive improvement of land incollapse area.The environmental problems of mines of the collapse area of low mountain hilly areaincluded geological disasters, groundwater depression and so on.this problems usually didnot reduce the farming function of land,so the land was used to farm by the formation ofland. But as a result of high groundwater level, the collapse that the plains’ mine caved ingived rise to surface ponding, farmland wetlands, serious damage of farmland. The plainareas that centralized distributed a large number of high-quality of cultivated lands and wasthe core area of grain production.The collapse of plain mines severely affected agriculturalproduction. In view of the land remediation problems in collapse area of the high phreaticlevel’ mines and on the basis of existing remediation technologies, this paper took Chensiloucoal mine in Yongcheng city as an example and systematically reaserched the keytechnology and integration technology of the land remediation from some aspects thatincluded the analysis of the mechanism of damaged land caused by subside, recognition andextraction of the collapse area’s information by remote sensing, land reclamation suitabilityevaluation of subsidence area and the reclamation mode’ research of subsidence area. Last,the research findings formed the land comprehensive improvement of technology system ofcollapse area of the high phreatic level’ mines and had the important practical significanceto promote land consolidation and ecological restoration of subsidence area.First, in land consolidation work of subsidence area in Chensilou coal mining, theauthor confirmed the characteristic and range of subsidence area by information extractiontechnology of remote sensing.Second, based on divided the unit in subsidence area, the landreclamation suitability evaluation index system was established combined with thecharacteristics of subsidence area. Then the study had a quantitative evaluation of the landreclamation suitability of different units. According to the result of land reclamationsuitability evaluation, the study established the reconfiguration mode of land ecologicalfunction in subsidence area. Last, combined with the surrounding natural environment insubsidence area, the engineering technical indicators of suitable for cultivation about landlevelling, irrigation and water conservancy, road and ecological reconstruction weredesigned.Subsidence area in Chensilou coil mine was705.95hm2. By land consolidation,newly-increased cultivated land area was467.86hm2, fish pond area was41.25hm2,construction land area was138.41hm2, ecological landscape and artificial lake land area was21.2hm2. After land consolidation land productivity and ecological environment of subsidence area were restored radically. Land consolidation promoted sustainable utilizationof land resources and also obtained economic, social and environmental benefits. |
