With the popularization of various new technologies of electric welding protective masks,its protective ability has been significantly improved.However,this also leads to an increase in the complexity of product manipulation,and users need to process more and more information,thus increasing the difficulty of interaction between users and products,and the natural interaction has also been negatively affected.Now the welding mask market competition has undergone great changes.It no longer depends only on price and promotion,but more importantly on product experience and efficiency.And these two points have become the key factors for users and enterprises to decide to buy.Therefore,it is very necessary to consider how to carry out the research and design of welding protective masks from the perspective of natural interaction.Taking the welding protective mask as the research object,the natural interaction theory and the composition and characteristics of the electric welding protective mask are analyzed through literature research,and the design method of the electric welding protective mask based on natural interaction is sorted out to guide the subsequent design research.Secondly,the task model of the welding protective mask is analyzed,and on this basis,the user needs are discussed by constructing the demand list,and the natural needs of users are extracted and weighted are analyzed.Then,the use behavior of the welding protective mask is designed,and the behavior design scheme diagram is constructed for experimental evaluation.Finally,based on the above research results,the overall architecture,functional modules and internal system of the welding protective mask are designed,and the design scheme can meet the user experience goal through scheme evaluation.The design method of natural interaction is applied to the design of electric welding protective mask,and the natural interaction of electric welding mask is analyzed in depth,and the design practice of electric welding mask is carried out on this basis,which has certain reference value for the future research of electric welding protective mask,and also has certain reference significance for the future development of electric welding protective mask.
