| Respiratory diseases have become one of the important diseases threatening human health and life because of their high prevalence,recurrence,mortality,and disability rates.Patients with respiratory diseases can easily cause disease recurrence due to lack of protection awareness or improper protection.In addition,due to various obstructive factors,patients have low medication compliance,and it is difficult to persist in rehabilitation exercises,and it is impossible to obtain better rehabilitation results.Therefore,the problem of respiratory protection and rehabilitation treatment for people with respiratory diseases has become an important research topic,and smart protective masks have received more attention as the focus of personal respiratory protection products.From the perspective of intelligent product system design,and based on the theory of mental models,the research carried out the design and research of the intelligent protective mask system for people with respiratory diseases.First of all,using the method of literature research,this thesis combs the related concepts of intelligent product system design and the theory of mental model,and studies the relationship between mental model and intelligent product system design,the design flow of intelligent product system based on mental model is put forward.Secondly,through the desktop research and pre-research,determine the study target population and the scope of the intelligent protective mask system.According to the research flow of the mental model,the mental information of the target population is collected by the observation method and the interview method,and the mental data is cluster analyzed by the cluster analysis method,and the grouping structure of the mental information of the users is obtained,the eight mental spaces of the respiratory disease were constructed and the design opportunity points of the intelligent respirator were extracted in the corresponding mental spaces.The opportunity points of intelligent respirator design are clustered and their weights are calculated.According to the design opportunity point,the function construction of the intelligent respirator system was carried out,and finally 6 functional modules were constructed,they are:basic protection,intelligent monitoring and interaction,atomization treatment,assisted rehabilitation exercise,inhalation health management and emergency rescue.According to the function of the intelligent protective mask system,the possibility of its realization is analyzed.According to the function of the product and the mental model of the user,the core task of the intelligent respirator system is extracted and the core task flow is constructed.Finally,the physical prototype and interactive prototype of the intelligent respirator system are designed,and the feasibility of the scheme is verified by simulation test.The intelligent product design process based on mental model and the mental model of the intelligent protective mask system can provide reference for the design of related products,the design of practical products can help respiratory disease patients fully understand their own disease status,improve their awareness of protection,medication compliance,the effectiveness of rehabilitation treatment.The paper has 107 pictures,51 tables,and 82 references. |
