In recent years,air pollution has become increasingly serious.China has become one of the most serious countries and regions in the world with PM2.5.About half of Chinese people are affected by fog and haze.Fog and haze will have significant negative impacts on climate,environment and human health,such as acid rain,photochemical smog,and traffic congestion caused by reduced atmospheric visibility.It aggravates the respiratory system and heart disease,affects human reproduction,and changes the immune structure of the human body.According to the world’s experience in haze treatment,the prevention of fog and haze in the next three decades will become an important part of most urban life in China.This article makes a detailed theoretical analysis of the research and analysis of existing anti-haze masks and wearable anti-fog products were analyzed,and a new scheme for wearable anti-haze products was proposed for the people affected by the haze weather.Through survey and analyze on the user’s travel mode,usage habits,functional demand,conducted to design a reasonable wearable anti-fog product that is in line with the actual situation.To solve the problem of outdoor haze protection for users in the haze weather.Combined with the modular design method,the multi-functional design breakthrough of personal protective equipment was designed,and the corresponding modules were analyzed and designed,and a detailed modular design scheme for masks was obtained.Finally complete the design plan and carry out the practical research.It is of great practical significance to study the environmental design of personal respiratory protective equipment,which is the guarantee of personal healthy breathing.The modular design method in the application of anti haze masks,in a people-oriented,practical and personalized PPE,will use various ways of combining with human,improve the user experience,and then complete the design and research of personal respiratory protective equipment efficient,convenient and beautiful is the ultimate goal of this article.
