| Warp sizing plays a key role in weaving production.The blending of high performance modified starch,PVA and polyacrylic acid is commonly used in textile industry.However,with the development of energy conservation and environmental protection,research and application of environmentally friendly sizing and sizing technology has become a key point of environmental production requirements of enterprises.In this project,a raw starch sizing process and sizing process were perfected.Starch was the main sizing process with a small amount of additives,thus effectively solving the problem of poor environmental protection of PVA sizing yarn,greatly simplifying the sizing formula,optimizing the sizing process,reducing the sizing time and reducing the sizing cost.In addition,the slurry performance and yarn quality of the original starch process are good,and the production workshop can be woven under low humidity,while maintaining a high weaving efficiency,improve the workshop environment comfort,and reduce the energy consumption of the air conditioning system,and at the same time,improve the environmental protection of the production process of yarn,weaving,desizing dyeing and finishing.This paper mainly aims at the raw starch sizing process and the other three kinds of processes of sizing preparation,sizing technology,sizing properties,sizing quality and weaving workshop parameters were compared and analyzed,using digital image processing method to calculate the sizing rate and penetration rate and summarize the relationship between the coating rate,penetration rate and sizing quality.This paper puts forward the method of sampling on loom to verify the spinning performance of raw starch process,and makes a comprehensive evaluation of the actual production benefits of raw starch process,which provides a theoretical basis for the preparation of raw starch and the application of sizing technology in practical production.The main work and conclusions are as follows:(1)Through the comprehensive comparative analysis of the four processes of the slurry formula,slurry mixing process and slurry indicators,it is concluded that:The raw starch slurry process is simpler than the other three processes,consisting of the main slurry and slurry additives,which simplifies the slurry mixing process.The delivery of each component of the slurry is simple and does not require batch delivery,which reduces the difficulty of slurry mixing,shortens the slurry mixing time by 10 min,and improves the slurry mixing efficiency.The performance of raw starch slurry is excellent.The temperature of slurry is 95°C,the p H of slurry is 7.2,the viscosity of slurry is reduced by 27%-59%,the thermal stability of slurry viscosity is 95.86%,the adhesion is increased by about 10%,and the solid content of slurry is 10.88%.(2)Through the sizing performance test of four technologies,it is concluded that:The sizing quality of raw starch sizing process is better than that of the other three processes.The sizing rate decreases by 30%-33%,the moisture recovery rate increases by 20%-37%,the breaking strength increases by 21%-34%,the strength strengthening rate increases by 6%-127%,the elongation reduction rate decreases by 17%-34%,and the wear-resisting frequency increases by 23%-56%.Yarn wear rate increased by38%-93%,yarn feather index raw starch process is close to the other three processes;The sizing effect of raw starch on cotton yarn is better than that of polyester and viscose yarn.(3)Using digital image processing technology,MATLAB software is used to obtain clear and high-contrast sizing cross section images through image graying,noise reduction and enhancement preprocessing methods,and mathematical morphological methods such as image binarization,area filtering,gray filling,image subtraction and closing operation are used to systematically analyze and calculate the coating rate and penetration rate of sizing slices.This paper provides a quick and convenient scheme for evaluating the coating rate and penetration rate of the yarn,and the analysis of this method shows that the coating rate of the raw starch process yarn is 25%-34%lower than that of other processes,and the penetration rate is 36%-48%higher.This process has the characteristics of"low coating,high penetration",and the conclusion is that"low coating,high penetration"is beneficial to improve the quality of the yarn.(4)Sampling in sections on the loom was used to evaluate the weaving effect of raw starch process yarn.The maximum reduction rate of breaking strength in each section of raw starch process yarn sampling was 15.80%,the maximum reduction rate of breaking elongation was 9.28%,and the maximum regenerated hair index was 3.23.The final weaving efficiency was 94%-96%,and the warp weaving effect of this process was good.Through the statistics and testing of the weaving efficiency,environment,cost and environmental protection of the four kinds of sizing process workshop,the raw starch sizing process workshop has high weaving efficiency,the workshop humidity is as low as 65%,the warp yarn can be woven in the low humidity environment,the cost of pulp and air conditioning is reduced,the production cost is reduced,and the BOD5/COD of desizing wastewater is improved.Good biodegradability. |
