| In the case of other conditions consistent,size formula plays a key role.Now there are many different kinds of slurry in textile sizing agent,As a textile factory in the production of 9.7texusing the formula as follows: 37.5 kg PVA1799,PVA205 35 kg,Common starch 25 kg,auxiliary 10 kg,25 kg powder,Solid polyacrylic size 5 kg,Wax and4 kg,Sizing rate is 13.5%,the main sizing agent and additives as many as seven,and some textile sizing agent,paste as many as eight kinds of varieties,overall,size formula is complex,phyletic and various.Technicians think more kinds of various components,it will improve the quality of sizing because of all components will complement each other,however,due to the incompatibility between the various components,the performance of the slurry is reduced,only by improving the sizing rate improve the sizing property.Before the completion of the weaving dyeing pretreatment,also need to return,desizing wastewater is an important part of printing and dyeing wastewater,the greater the amount of warp sizing slurry,the more consumption,desizing wastewater treatment cost is high.In this paper,the effects of the components on the structure of the blend film,the mechanical properties of the blend film,and the properties of the slurry were studied by studying the composition of the slurry.This paper describes the mechanism of low sizing rate under the condition of weaving,and the sizing and weaving in the textile factory,sizing formula in weaving cotton yarn were determined.The specific contents are as follows:(1)By using constant temperature and humidity box system,The physical and mechanical properties of starch,PVA and acrylic acid three size film under constant temperature and relative humidity were tested,The results showed that the film forming performance of PVA slurry was good,and excellent resistance to buckling;the film of Polyacrylate Sizing Agent is soft and good elongation,but its relative humidity is relatively high;Starch size for the ring structure and the more radical hydroxyl of the glucose in the presence of its structure,which lead the formation of the film is hard and brittle,the buckling resistance is poor,small elongation.(2)This paper studies the adhesion properties of cotton roving and polyester cotton roving,experiments show,the adhesion properties of size can not only affect themechanical properties of sizing,but also determines the numerical sizing rate of demand.In different humidity conditions,the physical and mechanical properties of various size found in contrast roving,?Humidity has a great effect on the adhesion properties of cotton slurry and polyester slurry,when the relative humidity is too high,it will make the paste sticky,lose adhesion strength;the humidity is too low and will make the film brittle.In the selection of slurry should be noted that in the premise of moderate humidity,can maintain good adhesion performance.? PVA slurry showed a high adhesion on the roving performance test,to a certain extent make up for the defects of the binding force between the slurry,the PVA slurry is the basis for the low rate of slurry can be woven warp sizing.(3)The results show that few components of slurry and multicomponent mixed slurry,The slurry composition,mixed slurry of sedimentation rate was significantly increased,the first separation time becomes shorter,the slurry miscibility of small,poor stability.On the contrary,Less slurry composition,the sedimentation rate is low,The first separation time is long,which shows that the slurry stability,miscibility is also higher,it is helpful to meet the sizing is low.(4)This chapter on the sizing performance of the factory use stock formula and experimental formula were compared,starch and PVA with two components can be completed under the slurry with a relatively low rate of warp sizing weaving test formula.(5)According to the test results,the weaving production under the condition of low sizing rate is carried out.The results show that the low sizing rate can achieve higher weaving efficiency. |
