Acetate fiber paper(CAP)is made from acetic acid fiber and plant fiber as raw materials,using wet papermaking process to make paper.After being made into a filter,it combines the characteristics of acetic acid fiber nozzle filter and paper nozzle filter,and is an ideal filling material.However,in practical applications,there are problems such as hair and powder loss,"thermal collapse",and "paper smell".Therefore,this article focuses on the existing problems of CAP,and based on previous research,optimizes the plan The main research content and conclusions on the process improvement and functionalization of CAP by adding additives are as follows:(1)In order to explore the optimal pulping process conditions for acetic acid fiber papermaking,acetic acid fiber was treated to different length gradients(1.98-5.77 mm)according to the treatment time,and mixed with softwood pulp and bamboo pulp respectively.The results showed that there was no phenomenon of wire splitting and brooming during the pulping treatment of acetic acid fiber,only a cutting effect.The tensile strength of 2.79 mm acetate fiber paper is 5.580 N/15 mm(softwood pulp)and 4.905N/15 mm(bamboo pulp),and the paper has high softness and breathability.The tensile strength of 3.45 mm acetate fiber paper is 6.480 N/15 mm(softwood pulp)and 5.175 N/15 mm(bamboo pulp),and the paper has high softness and breathability.If the acetate fiber is longer,the paper has higher tensile strength,but the paper is harder and has lower uniformity;Short acetate fibers result in a higher softness of the paper,but with insufficient strength and severe shedding of hair and powder.Based on the comprehensive paper forming performance,it is best to treat the length of acetate fiber to 2.5~3.5 mm.(2)In order to select suitable plant fiber slurries for papermaking,softwood pulp,bamboo pulp,and Manila hemp pulp were mixed with acetic acid fiber to study the physical properties of the paper.The results showed that according to the tensile strength,breathability,softness and other indicators of the paper,the optimal addition ratio of plant fiber slurries was 30%.Under the same beating degree conditions,the tensile strength of paper made from softwood pulp,Manila hemp pulp,and acetate fiber pulp is higher than that of bamboo pulp by more than 30%.However,the paper made from bamboo pulp is relatively soft.Therefore,based on the experimental results by Design-Expert,and data fitting,when no reinforcement process is used,the paper made from coniferous pulp with a 55~70 ° SR ratio and a 30% addition ratio has better comprehensive performance.In order to further increase the addition ratio of acetate fiber and improve the odor absorption,nano cellulose,95°SR natural color softwood pulp,and water-soluble fiber were added to the CAP respectively.The experimental results showed that the tensile strength of CAP with nano cellulose,95°SR natural color softwood pulp,and watersoluble fiber could be increased by 278%,217%,and 333% at the highest,and the addition ratio of acetate fiber pulp could be increased to 85% at the highest,and it had good permeability and softness.According to the paper performance,The smoke composition of CAP with 2% ZM24-2 and4% high voltage electrolytic capacitor pulp loss was tested.The tar content of the rolled rod was 9.38% and 25.12% lower than that of the pure acetate fiber filter respectively.(3)Apply citrus oil rich in limonene as a coating on CAP and conduct functionalization experiments on cigarette filter filling paper.The experimental results showed that orange oil not only enhanced the flavor of CAP,but also played a role in plasticization.The tensile strength increased by 195%,and the softness increased by 15%.The infrared spectrum observed obvious ester characteristic peaks.The differential scanning calorimetry measured that the glass transition temperature of acetate fiber treated with essential oil decreased by 39 ℃.The experimental results showed that after orange oil was coated,the tar of CAP curled into filters decreased by 2.63mg/cig,and the smoke flavor was soft and harmonious,And orange oil has a certain plasticizing effect on CAP.By adding plant particles such as coffee grounds,licorice powder,orange peel grounds,loquat grounds,etc.,the effect of filling the mouth stick with paper is achieved,which can suck back the sweetness,smooth smoke,reduce dryness,and play a certain role in reducing coke and harm;Porous materials such as diatomaceous earth,5A molecular sieve,and13 X molecular sieve were added to CAP at a ratio of 20% and rolled into filters.The flue gas composition analysis results showed that carbon monoxide in the flue gas was reduced by 1.87,1.86,and 1.69 mg/cig,and tar was reduced by 3.05,2.81,and 2.46 mg/cig,respectively.
