| The composition of cigarette smoke was very complex,the composition had been detected more than 6010 kinds,and with the development of detection technology,the categories of cigarette smoke components are increasing.Adding adsorbing materials in the filteris was one of the effective means to reduce tar and harmful components in cigarette smoke.However,due to the reduction of tar and harmful components in cigarette smoke,the taste and aroma of the tobacco products were greatly diminished.Therefore,it had become an important direction for the industry to pay attention to the research of reducing the aroma of cigarette smoke by adding flavor and aroma.It had become a hotspot in the tobacco industry to reduce the harmful substances of cigarettes smoke selectively,without changing the aroma and taste of the cigarette.Adding natural plant materials to the cigarette filter could effectively reduce the harmful components in the cigarette smoke,improve the smoke and taste and improve the quality of cigarettes.In this paper,the effect of the influence of preparation process of biomass activated carbon on its performance and flue gas adsorption was studied,and natural plant particle material on cigarette smoke was studied.The main contents and results were summarized as follows:1.Activated carbon was prepared by muffle furnace carbonization and activation of KOH method with four kinds of raw materials as different carbon sources.The results of physical adsorption,scanning electron microscopy and potentiometric titration showed that the raw materials greatly influenced the specific surface area of activated carbon and then affected the adsorption of cigarette smoke components.Most of the activated carbon surface groups prepared by different materials were alkaline so that they were not suitable for Virginian-type cigarette with acid smoke.2.The activated carbons were prepared by two kinds of carbonization combined with two activation with bamboo as carbon source.The experiment indicated that activation method is the most important influence on the specific surface area of activated carbon.The activated carbons prepared by muffle furnace carbonization and KOH activation had the biggest specific surface area and the best absorbing effect.3.Bamboo,coffee shell and walnut shell were carbonized,and then activated with hydrochloric acid,sulfuric acid,phosphoric acid and acetic acid separately.The aim was to study the effect of different acid on the preparation of activated carbon and the adsorption of the main harmful components of cigarette smoke.The results showed that the specific surface area of activated carbon activated by phosphoric acid was larger than others,but smaller than KOH activation.The adsorption of flue gas is directly related to the specific surface area of activated carbon.4.The surface of the activated carbon grafted with an ester group and an amino group through oxidation and grafting reaction.The results showed that the chemical treatment can graft specific chemical groups on the surface of active carbon,but the specific surface area of active carbon will be greatly reduced.In addition to a few substances such as phenol,the effect of adsorption of cigarette smoke by modified activated carbon was not significant.5.The aroma components of plant material were analyzed by headspace-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(HS-GC-MS),it is concluded that plants with large vapor pressure generally can easily achieve perfuming of cigarette smoke;The influence of the granular material of the filter on aroma and harm reduction of the cigarette was studied from the aspects of plant granulation,load perfumed and semi-carbonization.The semi-carbonization treatment can increase the aroma quantity of cigarette smoke,and has certain adsorptive effect on harmful components. |
