Construction Of Beautiful Countryside In Xiaoguai Township,Karamay City Comprehensive Evaluation Study

The report of the 20 th CPC National Congress pointed out that we should comprehensively promote rural revitalization;At the same time,it is pointed out that the most arduous and arduous task of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way is still in the countryside.We should adhere to the priority of agricultural and rural development and the integration of urban and rural development.In rural construction,it is proposed to coordinate the layout of rural infrastructure and public services,and build a "harmonious and beautiful village" that is livable and suitable for work.As the important premise and foundation of rural revitalization,the construction of beautiful countryside is the key to coordinate agriculture,rural areas,farmers and ecological environment.As the only village in Karamay,Xiaoguai Township has to solve the problem of how to combine its own advantages to develop a unique model of beautiful rural construction to achieve good interaction between ecological and economic benefits.Through the actual investigation of Xiaoguai Township,this thesis fully understands the actual situation of local construction.Combining the theory of rural revitalization,ecological civilization and urban-rural integration,using the literature research method,field research method,empirical research method,and referring to the national construction objectives and relevant documents,and combining the opinions of experts,the evaluation index system is constructed from the four aspects of living space,supporting facilities,natural environment,and human environment,and a total of 43 indicators are finally selected.The weights are determined by AHP,and the comprehensive evaluation results of the construction of beautiful villages in the four villages of Xiaoguai Township are finally obtained according to the expert scoring table.According to the results,the assessment of the pastoral living area is lower than that of the other three villages,but all of them are above the middle level.It shows that the construction level of beautiful villages in Xiaoguai Township is basically good,but there are also some shortcomings: the lack of integrity of rural planning,the imbalance of economic and industrial structure,the incomplete treatment of ecological environment,and the low standard of public infrastructure construction.In view of the above problems,the optimization countermeasures are proposed: update the rural planning concept and design layout,build the characteristic economic industry and operation mechanism,improve the rural ecological environment and development system,and optimize the rural residential environment and public services.Based on the existing research and theory,this study,through field research and analysis,has constructed an evaluation index system that conforms to the actual situation,systematically evaluated the construction of beautiful villages in Xiaoguai Township,proposed the advantages and disadvantages of building beautiful villages,and proposed corresponding optimization strategies for the problems.It provides theoretical reference for the follow-up of the construction of beautiful villages in Xiaoguai Township,and also provides reference for the study of the construction of beautiful villages with multi-ethnic characteristics.
