With the rapid development of Chinese social economy,the problem of water environment has attracted more and more people’s attention.Under the trend of more and more informationization of social development,it is particularly important to realize informationization of water environment management and make contributions to water environment protection and development.At present,the water environment management information system mainly focuses on the routine operational management of water environment,and the lack of research on the total pollutant control system based on the water environment capacity is not conducive to the dynamic and scientific management of water environment.Therefore,to achieve the total pollutant capacity control of water environment,a dynamic and scientific water environment management information system should be developed.To provide technical support for improving water environment management informatization and scientific management.By collecting and sorting the hydrology,water quality,pollution sources and other data of Liaohe River basin,and combining with water quality simulation and visualization technology,this paper designs and develops a visualization system for pollutant input and water quality response analysis,and realizes the functions of water environmental capacity and discharge limit calculation.(1)Water quality simulation technology was established.Through literature review,relevant theories and methods of water quality simulation technology were analyzed,combined with the general situation of Liaohe River Basin and selected MIKE11 water quality model based on previous studies to realize dynamic simulation of the relationship between pollutant input and water quality response.(2)System development technology selection and function design.The system adopts B/S architecture mode,uses SpringBoot framework to provide interfaces at the back end,uses Vue framework to design pages at the front end,uses MySQL database to store data,and uses ArcGIS API For JavaScript to visually display spatial information such as pollution source and river location.According to user needs,design water quality change,pollutant input and water quality response relationship,pollutant discharge limit calculation,water environmental capacity calculation and other functions.(3)System function realization and test.The system uses Java language to realize the system functions,and displays the daily and monthly changes of the water quality of Liaohe River section,the water quality concentration of different sections at the same time,the contribution of pollution sources to the water quality of the section,the impact of new or closed pollution sources on the water quality of the river,the discharge limits of pollution sources and the water environment capacity of pollutants and other functions in the form of charts and tables.Test cases are designed to test the system functions,security and compatibility.The test results show that the system functions are running well,the visual interface is clear,and the requirements of users are met. |
