China is the country with the largest number of reservoirs in the world,reservoirs undertake the task of providing water supply to residents’ daily life,industrial production,ecology and agricultural irrigation.As the main water source of urban water in China,the water quality is directly related to residents’ human safety and social stability.Therefore,the development of reservoir water quality safety visualization intelligent management system,assist managers timely grasp the water quality index monitoring value,the eutrophic status of water quality and the changing trend of water quality is of great significance to ensure the safety of domestic water.Analysis and research status of reservoir water quality management at home and abroad,based on the current water quality monitoring system in poor visibility and lack of water quality forecast function,this paper will carry out study on visual intelligent management method of reservoir water quality safety,including: establish 3D scene visualization model of the reservoir study area,determine the eutrophication evaluation method,design a high-precision water quality prediction model,and develope visual intelligent management system of reservoir water quality safety.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Based on Google Earth and GIS related software,the study of geographic information acquisition and scene visualization method,through the geographical data of the reservoir study area construct three-dimensional digital terrain,by texture mapping technology to realize realscene simulation of reservoir research area,providing technical support for the 3D scene visualization sub-module of the subsequent system.(2)Based on the uncertainty of water eutrophic causes,choose different theoretical basis of single factor evaluation method,comprehensive nutritional status index method,nutrition state index method and fuzzy evaluation method,four kinds of eutrophication assessment method,evaluate respectively the water quality monitoring data,the contrast analysis of water quality evaluation results accuracy and ease of embedded system,select comprehensive nutrition index method to provide technical support for the water quality monitoring and evaluation sub-module in the subsequent system.(3)Aiming at the complex characteristics of non-linear and non-stationary water quality monitoring data,put forward a kind of experience decomposition mode and long short term memory networks combination forecast model,the model is trained using real water quality monitoring data,and contrast with the BP neural network,GM(1,1),long short term memory networks,EMD-BP combined prediction model of prediction results,verify the feasibility and superiority of the model.Based on the functional use of water,combine with relevant specifications,the water quality index warning threshold is set to provide technical support for the water quality prediction and warning sub-module in the subsequent system.(4)Facing to the actual application requirements of the system,design the whole framework and functional modules of the system;Based on.NET platform,using C#development language,with the help of ArcGIS Engine,combined with the previous three parts of the research results,in development integrated software Visual Studio,the desktop reservoir water quality safety visualization intelligent management system has been developed with the functions of reservoir 3D scene model interaction,water quality monitoring data display,eutrophication evaluation and water quality forecast and early warning,transforming the reservoir water quality intelligent management method from theory to practical application. |
