The concept of "rural eco-tourism" began to appear in the middle of the 20 th century.It mainly takes rural areas as the carrier and relies on the unique ecological landscapes,cultural customs and other attractions of the countryside to provide services for urban residents.A new form of tourism.National living standards and per capita income have been greatly improved under the influence of social productivity and industrial structure changes.People’s pursuit of spirituality and emphasis on healthy life have made rural eco-tourism gradually become a fashion,attracting more urban residents.While going for leisure and entertainment,it has grown into a rural eco-tourism industry with considerable development potential.Rural ecotourism gradually occupies a larger proportion in the tourism industry at the city and county levels,which provides a favorable guarantee for further promoting industrial transformation and development,optimizing the industrial structure,protecting the ecological environment,and realizing rural revitalization."Theory and "rural revitalization" strategy to further promote the achievement of the "dual carbon" goal.With the rapid growth of rural ecotourism,it includes more and more related industries,more and more complex stakeholders,unequal rights and obligations among stakeholders,unreasonable distribution of interests,serious conflict of interest demands,etc.Problems are becoming more and more obvious.In order to solve the existing problems and conflicts,it is urgent to study and construct a benefit coordination mechanism suitable for the sustainable development of rural eco-tourism scenic spots.This paper takes the CXH ecotourism area as a research case.The scenic area is located in the south of Xiaoyi City,9 kilometers away from the city center.The seasonal river flows through 7 villages from west to east in the area.The natural resources are rich,and the entire river basin has flowers in spring and shade in summer,the three-dimensional ecological landscape effect of autumn fruit,and at the same time has Zen Buddhism,farming and red cultural tourism resources,it is a standard case of rural ecological tourism scenic spots.By combing and analyzing the literature on rural ecotourism and stakeholders,using stakeholder theory,sustainable development theory and participatory development theory,combined with on-the-spot research,to determine the government management departments,tourism enterprises,local community residents and the Tourists are the main stakeholders;the data for statistical analysis are obtained by means of questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews,and SPSS26.0 is used to conduct reliability and descriptive statistical analysis on the obtained data to obtain the main interest demands of various stakeholders.On this basis,it analyzes the conflict of interests among the stakeholders of the scenic spot and the reasons for the conflict,aiming at insufficient coordination of government interests,unreasonable distribution of interests,low participation of local community residents,lack of timely and effective communication channels and tourism resources.Weak protection awareness and other conflict reasons,in accordance with the principles of equal participation,information transparency,consideration of interests and sustainable development,establish a mechanism for interest communication,interest participation,interest guidance and resource protection coordination,and propose the formation of timely and effective information communication channels to improve local community residents.Coordination measures to participate,protect the economic interests of vulnerable groups and promote the rational development of tourism resources,and form a scientific and sustainable interest coordination mechanism that is compatible with the CXH eco-tourism area. |
