While promoting rural economic development and expanding farmers’ income channels, animal husbandry production still has some problems, such as low industrial standardization and scale, high pressure of animal disease prevention and control, frequent product safety and quality problems, low resource utilization capacity of breeding wastes, and serious waste of resources. As an effective measure to realize the organic unity of social benefit, economic benefit and ecological benefit,it is imperative to accelerate the popularization and application of ecological culture technology.Along with the livestock farmers’ own quality and consumers’ emphasis on food safety, food security and ecological environment protection at this stage, based on the improvement of various livestock laws and regulations, the proportion of ecological aquaculture technology adopted by livestock farmers is increasing. This is for promoting the structural transformation of livestock industry at this stage, promoting the healthy and rapid development of livestock industry. It is of great significance to ensure food security, food security and human health security, increase farmers’ income and realize rural revitalization. This paper mainly studies the influencing factors of poultry farmers’ adoption behavior of ecological farming technology.Based on the theory of farmer behavior, green development theory and technology adoption theory,464 questionnaires of poultry farmers in Jiangxi Province were obtained through field investigation. The binary logit model and intermediary effect model were used.Technology cognition was subdivided into five latitudes: cost input, energy input, economic benefit, technology applicability and technology usability. The influence of different technological cognition sub-latitudes on the adoption behavior of poultry farmers’ ecological farming model was discussed, and the mediation effect model was further used. The mediating effect of incentive government regulation and constraint government regulation on the influence of technology cognition on the adoption behavior of poultry farmers’ ecological farming model was discussed. At the same time, the heterogeneity of family members and annual household income in different families is further discussed. The results showed that:(1)Technological cognition positively affected the adoption behavior of poultry farmers’ ecological farming model, and the higher the degree of technological cognition, the higher the probability of adopting the ecological farming model;(2)From the perspective of technical cognition latitude, cost input, economic benefit and economic usability had a significant positive effect on the adoption behavior of poultry farmers’ ecological farming model, and energy input had a significant negative effect on the adoption behavior of poultry farmers’ ecological farming model;(3)Both incentive government regulation and constraint government regulation play a partial mediating role in the relationship between technological cognition and the adoption behavior of poultry farmers’ ecological farming model.Based on the above results, the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward:(1)Strengthen the technical publicity and improve the technical cognition level of farmers through multiple channels.2)Promote supply-side structural reform to meet diversified consumption demands for ecological health.(3)Strengthen scientific and technological public relations, and improve the construction of supporting facilities related to ecological aquaculture technology.(4)In the extension of agricultural technology, while paying attention to the technical and economic benefits, the easy-to-use technology should be guaranteed.5)Strengthening the escort of government policies and giving full play to the government’s macro-control role.
