Evaluation Of Ecological Level Of Pig Breeding Industry And Analysis Of Influencing Factors

Hunan is a large province of pig breeding in China.Promoting the ecological development of pig breeding industry is the internal requirement to ensure the quality and safety of pork products and promote the green development of agriculture.The correct measurement and judgment of the ecological level of pig breeding industry will directly affect the decision-making and implementation process of high-quality development of animal husbandry.Based on the ecological economy theory,circular economy theory and externality theory,according to the connotation of industrial ecology and the principle of evaluation index system,through the analysis of the relevant research on the ecological level of pig breeding industry,this paper puts forward the index system suitable for the current evaluation of the ecological level of pig breeding industry in Hunan Province.This paper selects the relevant data of pig breeding industry in Hunan Province from 2009 to 2018,uses entropy weight method grey correlation model to empirically analyze the ecological level of pig breeding industry in Hunan Province from three dimensions of economic,ecological and social benefits,and uses Tobit model to analyze the influencing factors of ecological development of pig breeding industry in Hunan Province.The results show that:(1)the ecological development of pig breeding industry in Hunan Province has been increasing in recent ten years.The comprehensive benefit index,affected by its ecological benefits,decreased from 2009 to 2012,but increased in 2011 due to the improvement of its economic benefits;it continued to increase after 2012 and reached its peak in 2017.After that,in 2018,due to the decline of economic efficiency index,the comprehensive efficiency index decreased slightly.From the sub index point of view,from2009 to 2014,the economic efficiency index and the social efficiency index were relatively stable,but in 2011,the economic efficiency index increased slightly;from 2015 to 2017,the economic efficiency index increased rapidly,and dropped in 2018,while the social efficiency index showed an increasing trend.The eco efficiency index decreased in2009-2012,increased slightly in 2013-2015,decreased in 2016,and then remained stable.(2)In terms of influencing factors,GDP per capita,technical service investment and the total amount of sewage charge / GDP have a significant role in promoting the ecological development of pig breeding industry,which provides some improvement ideas and breakthroughs for improving the ecological level of pig breeding industry.Based on the above conclusions,this paper holds that in order to improve the ecological level of pig breeding industry in Hunan Province,we should increase the financial support from the government,construct the integrated link and cooperation system of pig industry,and optimize the market incentive environmental regulation tools,we will improve command-and-control environmental regulatory tools,strengthen policy support for the recycling of pig waste from diseases and deaths,intensify publicity and training efforts,establish a platform for the introduction of talents and improve the mechanism for the introduction of talents,and ensure that concentrate feed accounts for a proportion in the feed mix,scientific use of feed additives;scientific design of pig farms,control of water use.
