Red dates have always been loved by people because of their rich nutritional value,medicinal value and health care effect.With the continuous improvement of living standards,people have long been dissatisfied with eating unprocessed red dates.Processed jujube is more and more popular in the market,which also brings great commercial value.before deep processing,the core is removed for subsequent processing.Therefore,the effect of the core removal of red dates has an important impact on the quality and value of subsequent products.This paper analyzes the problem of alignment error in the alignment mechanism of the chain red jujube denuclearing machine,and improves the design of the denuclearing cam mechanism and the jujube depressing cam mechanism,so as to obtain a good denucleating effect,while improving the stability and Reliability.Firstly,the performance requirements of the jujube denuclearing machine were analyzed,and the structure and transmission scheme of the chain jujube denuclearing machine were briefly described.The 3D solid model of the improved chain jujube denucleating machine was completed using the 3D modeling software Solidworks.Secondly,the working principle of the alignment mechanism is analyzed,and the mathematical model of the mechanism alignment error is established.Ensure that the maximum alignment error is the smallest when the knife tube is used to remove the red dates with a diameter of 12 to 30mm.The optimal extension length of the adjusting screw and the initial elevation angle of the rocking ann for pressing the date were obtained to ensure the accuracy of the core removal.The mechanical analysis of the mechanism determines the parameters of the tension spring and the support spring,which improves the stability of the alignment mechanism.It solves the difficult problem of selecting parameters by experience and debugging in the past.Then,to deal with the problem that the contact force of the cam profile and the roller fluctuates greatly when the de-camming cam mechanism works,the profile is easy to wear,and the pin of the roller is easy to fatigue and break.In this paper,through the improved design of the connecting rod and the swing rod,and using the fifth-degree polynomial law of the follower without any impact and the maximum acceleration is small to design the denuclear cam,the threedimensional model of the mechanism is established,and the MSC.ADAMS multi-body dynamics The software performs dynamic simulation analysis and comparison.Finally,in the date-pressing cam mechanism,a return spring is added to the swing lever to ensure that the roller and the cam are always in contact,to avoid abnormal collision impact,and to improve the stability of the date-pressing cam mechanism.The cam profile is designed in combination with MS C.ADAMS multi-body dynamics software,and the mechanism is simulated and analyzed for different return spring parameters,and the appropriate range of return spring stiffness coefficient is obtained.
