Jujube is a kind of nutritious food. Fresh jujubes have many shortcomings, such as not easy to save, not easy to transport, short shelf life, etc. Therefore, many healthy foods are researched based on the analysis of the processing technology for jujube. Nowadays, the traditional manual or semi-automatic jujube grading, pitting, slicing technology can't satisfy people's needs. So, it is significant to do research about jujube processing equipment.On the basis of the previous studies, the processing principle and integration technology for jujube are analyzed. Some researches in regard to many aspects of the machine have been done in the thesis. The structure characteristics for jujube are analyzed. The implementation plan is designed. Some key technical parameters are studied by experiment. The key parts design and optimize is based on 3D modeling. At last, the concrete design of the automatic grading pitting and slicing integrated equipment for jujube is completed. The research of this thesis is shown in the following aspects:(1) The appearance parameters and the physical parameters of jujube are researched. Such as jujube's diameter D, length parameters L, seed's diameter d, moisture content, and the static friction coefficient and so forth.lt can provide fundamental for the specific design of jujube processing equipment.(2) The principle of grading pitting and slicing for jujube is analyzed. At last, a set of optimal scheme is designed through scheme comparison. The overall control scheme is proposed. It is based on analysis of the six motor's synchronization in the scheme.(3)The influencing factors to broken rate in the process of deep processing are researched by experimental study. The relationship is discussed between the pitting broken rate and the factors, which including the pitting speed, the wall thickness of pitting tool, the moisture content of jujube. It is based on single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. And the influence of slicing speed and the thickness of cutting knife to slicing broken rate are also studied. The best parameters are obtained, such as pitting speed, wall thickness of pitting tool, moisture content, thickness of cutting knife, slicing speed and so forth. It laid the experimental foundation for the design of integrated equipment and modeling.(4)The key parts of the equipment are designed in details, such as centering clamping mechanism, dividing slot wheel mechanism, ball screw nut pair mechanism, etc. In order to ensure the accuracy of the classifiers, the deformation of grading article is studied with ANSYS software. The efficiency of feeding institution is researched by experiment, then it can ensure orderly loading rate is greater than or equal to 95%; The coordination of the put and push-out pitting pit pole's movement is analysed; The motion of slot wheel mechanism is emulated with UG simulation function.(5) Based on foregoing studies and designes, the whole modeling for equipment is bulited with UG8.0.
