| This project is based on the theory of MBS, analyzes all movement forms of 3-axis NC machine tools, builds the movement models of all kinds of models, and summarizes the general movement model, which includes two methods 梖rom work piece coordinate system to unitary coordinate system and from unitary coordinate system to work piece coordinate system. Each method includes the movement models both under ideal condition and under error condition, so the 3-axis NC machine tools are defined.Correctly identifying the geometric error parameters is one of the most important preconditions for error compensation. By using the method of error analysis of MBS, the identification equation of geometric error parameters is derived and according to the condition that the rank of coefficient matrix of error measurement equation group must be full, we can get 18 terms geometric error of 3-axis NC machine tools and three displacement error and three position error.We can make error compensation with the general movement model and the error parameters, after knowing the relationship among the cutter line, the cutter track and NC command, the software of error compensation is developed and the error compensation is realized by correcting NC program, which constitutes the new idea of error compensation.The software is compiled with VC. Selecting the model, identifying the parameters and transferring the NC command all use the dialogue model between human and computer. The transfer of NC command can be directly turned into the files of NC command compensated by the computer. |
