| On the basis of the precision machine tool design and the space modeling technologyof the machine tool at home and abroad, binding State Natural Science Foundation ofChina “Principle and Method of Accuracy Control of Machine Tool Design Based onDigital Error Effect Predictionâ€(No.51075419), it has researched and build the model ofthe volumetric errors of the machine tool in the double-guide system, realizes the formingmovement of the system and the analysis of the error of the model. The main researchcontents of this Paper are as follows:In the first chapter, the study history and actualities of the precision machine tooldesign and the space modeling technology of the machine tool at home and abroad aresummarized. Aimed at the problems of theory, the research subject of this paper is raised,and the background and meaning of the paper are proposed. At last, the main contents ofthis dissertation are presented.In the second chapter, the function, the main structures, the characteristics and designrequirements of the machine tool guide-way system are simply introduced, and the guidingprecision of the guide-way system and the motion precision of the carriage (table) arebriefly analyzed. It describes that the theory basis of modeling the machine tool in thedouble-guide system is the homogeneous coordinate transformation.In the third chapter, the model of volumetric errors on the first guide-way system andthe second guide-way system are respectively established based on the principle ofhomogeneous transformation, and the volumetric errors of the single guide-way isanalyzed. The mathematical model of the volumetric errors in the double-guide system isestablished based on the model of the volumetric errors in the single guide-way, and themethod of analyzing the volumetric errors in the double guide-way system is proposed.In the fourth chapter, the code-writing process of the visual software in the analysis ofthe errors in the machine tool double guide-way system is summarized. The choice of thesoftware development platform, the design thinking, working process, setting up thedatabase and the layout of the user interface of the software is introduced, and the originalcode of achieving some function is presented.In the fifth chapter, for the structural parameter and the some original error data of alathe, based on the software which has been developed, the tool tip trajectory and thevolumetric errors of the lathe in the double guide-way system is calculated, and the surface of the manufacturing work piece is simulated. The law of each influencing error factor ofthe machine tool double guide-way system is analysed.In the sixth chapter, all of the work in this paper is summed up, and the shortcomingsof this dissertation is put forward. |
