With the development of Shengli Oil Field into the middle and later period,the water cut is higher and the recovery is lower,so how to improve the oil layer drilling rate and recovery rate becomes an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the characteristics of Chengdong Oilfield,this paper uses horizontal well drilling geosteering technology to control well trajectory and enhance the rate of oil formation drilling,so as to achieve high-quality and high-efficiency exploration and development.Based on the analysis of the applicability of horizontal well in Chengdong Oilfield,this paper explores a set of horizontal well construction scheme suitable for Chengdong Oilfield,through the Study of target formation and stratigraphic correlation in this area,the horizontal well trajectory is monitored,adjusted and optimized before the entry window,the entry point and the horizontal section in the field construction by using the geological guidance technology while drilling.The application of horizontal well geosteering while drilling in Cheng34-ping19 well has solved the applicability of horizontal well in West area of Chengdong Oilfield,the Best Angle between entry window and formation and the best distance between wellbore trajectory and the top of oil layer in horizontal section.And this technology is used to effectively control the wellbore trajectory,especially in front of the entry window,the entry point,the horizontal section of the wellbore trajectory are in the best position,at the same time,using the three-dimensional anti-collision technology to achieve safe construction,finally,the field construction process standard is established to improve the rate of oil formation drilling,and to help the exploration and development to achieve high production and efficiency.The results of this study will further promote the development and application of horizontal well while drilling geosteering technology.
