Because of cementing thchnology and drilling fluid system of horizontal well are different from the common drilling technique. There are many serious problems influencing oil fields development, for example, control technology of bit trajectory is difficult, borehole wall is easily caving, horizontal segment is get stuck, cementing quality is difficult to determine.According to the horizontal well problems existing in the construction, combining the realities in Shuang Cheng area. According to the characteristics of horizontal wellbore trajectory, different sections of the downhole assembly and drilling parameters are reached. Analysis of the field data are the basis for the borehole trajectory control provides, the well quality has fulfilled the designing requirements. In this paper, drilling fluid of horizontal well have static properties of suspension sand, which have fulfilled high dynamic model and low grinding resistance of horizontal well. It can overcome annulus flowing resistance, prevent sticking accidents, increase well purify ability, and make for protect reservoir. Compared with the traditional MWD, the LWD's important value is proved by the practice of geosteering drilling technology. As design the hole, considered the conditions of the casing, ensured the success of the casing into the wells, calculated the centralizer spacing of casing, selected reasonably type and size of the stabilizer, so it is satisfied with the requirements of the cementing quality. |
