| As a typical example of heavily polluting enterprises,steel enterprises urgently need to strive towards carbon reduction production and industrial optimization and upgrading.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve the environmental performance evaluation system of enterprises.Only by utilizing a reasonable and systematic environmental performance evaluation to analyze the environmental management effectiveness of enterprises,quickly identify problems,and implement improvement measures can enterprises transform faster,and the results obtained can also provide a basis for government decision-making,However,existing research mainly focuses on the theoretical level,and there are few research results on the combination of theory and practical application analysis.Therefore,this article 、focuses on the environmental performance evaluation of the case enterprise Shanxi Taigang Stainless Steel Co.,Ltd.This article analyzes and sorts out relevant literature both domestically and internationally,as well as defines the concept of environmental performance and organizes relevant theories,laying a certain theoretical foundation for subsequent research.This article adopts a case study method to design an environmental performance evaluation system for Shanxi Taigang Stainless Steel Co.,Ltd.based on the development characteristics and domestic policies and regulations of the steel enterprise Shanxi Taigang Stainless Steel Co.,Ltd.Firstly,referring to various indicator guidance documents at home and abroad and existing mature indicator systems,an analysis framework is established based on three dimensions: economic interests,ecological environment,and social responsibility.By taking into account the industry attributes of the case enterprise,its own development characteristics,and information disclosure,appropriate specific indicators are selected to ultimately determine a complete evaluation indicator system;Secondly,after comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different weighting methods,it was determined to use the entropy method to weight the indicators,and ultimately obtain the trend of changes in the comprehensive index and various dimensions of the evaluation system for each year from 2017 to 2021;Finally,the comprehensive environmental performance evaluation index and the changes in the three dimensions of Shanxi Taigang Stainless Steel Co.,Ltd.in the past five years are explained,and problems such as urgent improvement of environmental governance capacity in enterprise environmental management are analyzed.Corresponding improvement suggestions are proposed based on the overall results of environmental performance evaluation and the problems analyzed,in order to improve the environmental performance level of the enterprise,It also provides a certain reference for the implementation of environmental performance evaluation in China’s steel industry and other industries. |
