The Optimization Research Of Taigang Stainless Steel Cold Rolling Mill Production Planning System

This topic researched of TAIGANG cold rolling mill production system, though this research to get a production planning system which is suitable for the enterprise production operation. This system can improve the operation efficiency, reduce the inventory, and enhance its benefit.First, this topic analyzed the problems which may influence the formation of the production planning, such as production ability, and production process. Based on these analyses, we examined the production ability constraints, inventory constraints, production scheduling constraints, and delivery time constraints to ascertain the core constraint. The core constraint to the production planning system of TAIGANG Cold Rolling Mill was production scheduling constraints. In allusion to this constraint, this topic proposed the ?core process production planning pulling? method to optimize the production planning system of TAIGANG Cold Rolling Mill.Then, though the calculation of each machine?s hour capacity, matching the production order and machine capacity, we got the process logistic equilibrium. The core process of Cold Rolling Mill is finished annealing and pickling process. Based on the production planning of finished annealing and picking process, we deduced the production planning and work-in-process inventory level of other processes. Ultimately, we got a new production planning system for TAIGANG cold rolling mill. The effect of production practice indicated that the optimized production planning system enhanced the operation efficiency of stainless steel cold rolling mill. This study achieved the prospective purpose.
