Reaearch On Environmental Performance Evaluation Of Anyang Iron And Steel Company Based On Balanced Scorecard

In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy,environmental problems have become increasingly prominent.When people blindly pursue economic interests,they often cause the wanton exploitation and waste of resources and energy,and the environment on which people depend for survival has been broken.Environmental problems have become the focus of the government and the public.As an enterprise with high energy consumption and high pollution,it is far from enough to regulate the environmental impact of its production and operation by environmental policies and laws alone.However,the current environmental performance evaluation system in China has not yet formed a unified standard.The diversity of evaluation methods and indicators leads to many inconveniences for enterprises in environmental management and evaluation.Therefore,iron and steel enterprises should actively integrate environmental factors into their overall strategy,and build a scientific environmental performance evaluation system to improve competitiveness of enterprises.Based on the four dimensions of Balanced Scorecard,this paper explores the environmental performance evaluation index system of Anyang Iron and steel company.Based on the application of theoretical knowledge about environmental performance evaluation standards,index design,evaluation methods and models,this paper first analyzes the current situation of environmental management and problems existing in environmental performance evaluation of Anyang Iron and steel company,and then puts forward the necessity and feasibility of introducing balanced scorecard to evaluate environmental performance;secondly,combined with environmental performance evaluation According to the criteria and principles of index selection,the environmental protection strategy is integrated into the four dimensions of the balanced scorecard.By using Delphi method and AHP method to determine the weight of 19 environmental performance evaluation indexes,the evaluation index system of environmental behavior influencing factors of Anyang Iron and steel company is constructed.Finally,in order to improve the accuracy of the environmental performance evaluation results of Anyang Iron and steel company,this paper adopts different evaluation methods to analyze the qualitative and quantitative indicators of environmental performance,comprehensively calculates the environmental performance score of Anyang Iron and steel company,determines the grade with the comprehensive indicators of performance evaluation,and according to the analysis of the final evaluation results,proposes the environmental financial dimension of the company Effective travel advice.In this paper,through the construction of environmental performance evaluation system in Anyang Iron and steel company,the comprehensive evaluation of enterprise environmental performance is strictly carried out,the problems existing in the environmental performance management of Anyang Iron and steel company are found,the main factors affecting the environment are found,and targeted measures are taken to manage the environmental behavior of the enterprise,which is helpful to cultivate the environmental awareness and environmental responsibility management of Anyang Iron and steel company,Increase investment in environmental protection and innovate the technology of enterprises in environmental protection.At the same time,this paper verifies the practicability and operability of the environmental performance evaluation with the help of cases,and provides theoretical reference and new direction guidance for the future research of environmental performance evaluation of iron and steel enterprises.
