Cause Analysis And Prevention And Control Countermeasures Of Coal Mine Accidents In NX Coal Industry Company

In recent years,influenced by the fact that the country is rich in coal and poor in oil,and the development demand of science and technology and new energy,coal mining has occupied an important position in China’s energy industry.However,with the rapid development of the coal industry,accompanied by a large number of tragic coal mine accidents.In order to strengthen the safety management of Coal Mine and reduce the occurrence rate of coal mine accidents,this paper will study the causes and contribution of coal mine accidents,and put forward the countermeasures for prevention and control of coal mine accidents.In this paper,the literature research method is used to summarize the research status of coal mine accident causes and prevention and control measures at home and abroad.Based on the characteristics of coal mine production,this paper analyzes the coal mine accident regularity of Nx Coal Company in recent years from the aspects of time,space,type and personnel distribution by case analysis,and they have a very complicated relationship.Based on the grounded theory and the “2-4”accident model theory,the causes of coal mine accidents are identified from the typical accident cases of Nx Coal Company.With the help of Nvivo11 software,the factors causing coal mine accidents are extracted according to the coding process of programmed grounded theory,and according to the “2-4”accident model,the causes of coal mine accidents are classified into root cause,root cause,indirect cause and direct cause.This paper analyzes the action mechanism of each factor set,constructs the explanation structure model of coal mine accident cause by using Matlab software,and clarifies the contribution degree of cause factors.Using a typical roof accident case analysis,this paper verified the coal mine accident causal model is effective,convenient and practical.Based on the analysis of the explanatory structure model of the causes of coal mine accidents,the contribution degree of each cause is grasped.This paper puts forward that the emphasis should be placed on the control of the root cause and the direct cause,while the influence of the middle level should not be neglected,but should be controlled layer by layer,layers of prevention,there should be a primary and secondary,multi-level consideration,at the same time prevention and control,mutual promotion and compensation.At the same time,the lack of enterprise safety culture should be taken as the source of the accident,taking the direct causes such as unsafe human behavior,equipment and equipment failure,unsafe material conditions and bad production site environment as the last line of Defense on the spot,and focusing on prevention and control,the intermediate level of other fundamental,indirect causes as process control factors focus on prevention and control.According to this,this paper puts forward the prevention and control countermeasures of coal mine accidents from four aspects: the root cause,the root cause,the indirect cause and the direct cause.The research in this paper can effectively promote the level of coal mine safety management,can provide direction for coal mine safety management,formulate prevention and control countermeasures,and effectively avoid the defects and shortcomings of safety management,it has certain theoretical significance and practical value in reducing coal mine accident rate and improving modern coal mine safety management.
