With the promotion of the scientific technology and the economic level, the material demand and living needs will be gradually improved. The innovation of product that based on users’ requirement is the key to create the successful development of new products and quickly capture market. Therefore, this study by means of Kano requirements model, basing on the actual demand of main family members and infant, and taking an in-depth systemic investigation and contrastive analysis for currant infant product, combining with the design process of the product and the analytical method of related design, finally proposed the innovation design scheme for infant food machine, which proves the feasibility and availability of Kano requirements model to develop infant product.This study, which focused on the innovative design of the complementary food machine, is to be discussed through the following three aspects:Firstly, analyzes the design direction of infant product. According to a large amount of market research data, the analysis carried out in view of 0-3 years old infants product market, related-knowledge product and industrial operation environment, it can be explored the 0-3 years old infants product design opportunities. On the basis of Kano model, it found that products have pain point through the user, environment analysis, and is started with the innovative design of emotional and interesting product to analyze the related case, and the infant product design were summarized through brainstorming. Research draws the three design directions of infant products like diet class, children’s entertainment category, safety protection class.Second, set infant product goals. Aiming at the three design direction of infant products and existing problem analysis, six design target products-- the complementary food machine, automatic milk regulator device, heating carpet, interactive projectors, air purifier, maternal anti lost, can be obtained. Choosing infant food machine in the diet product as the research target continue to study in the subsequent in-depth innovation design.Finally, the design of infant food machine. Through a sum of data collection and the analysis of user surveys, it analyzes user research, environmental research and tendency for infant food machine, combines with the analysis of physiological, psychological characteristics and safety factor and material technology for infants. According to the data of market investigation and Kano model, it can determine the complementary machine various types of function. Infant food machine innovation design finally can be made from the model structure, function, material, color, man-machine relationship, etc..
