| In the production process of office chair soft package gun nail,the manufacturer’s traditional production method is that the operator holds the nail machine to complete the process of cushion plate wrapping nailing,which will lead to high labor intensity and fatigue of workers,and low production efficiency and insufficient automation.Aiming at the actual needs of nailing office chair soft package nailing,combined with the design example of domestic automatic gun nail equipment,this paper studies and realizes a set of office chair soft package automatic gun nail equipment,which is used to replace the manual repetitive nailing process.The automatic nail equipment integrates mechanical design,machine vision inspection,PLC control system design,OPC communication and other technologies.The high degree of automation can adapt to the production of round and square cushion plate cladding nails.The main research work is as follows:According to the analysis of the manual nailing process,the manual nailing process is transformed into many stations of mechanical equipment to realize,and the equipment structure and control system are designed respectively,and the final scheme is determined through analysis and comparison.The mechanical structure design process of automatic nail equipment is divided into double speed line transmission module,feeding module,jacking rotation module,pressing and fixing module,nailing module and adding nails module and other module design,which replaces the manual nailing process of feeding,pressing fixation,rotary nailing and adding nails and other production processes,and finally realizes the mechanical mechanism design of the entire automatic equipment.The design of the visual inspection system is completed,which replaces the human eye inspection link in the production process of manual nailing.The visual inspection system mainly includes hardware design and visual inspection algorithm design.Hardware design is mainly the selection of industrial cameras,lenses and light sources;The design of the visual inspection algorithm is mainly to detect defects in the abnormal conditions of missing nails and broken nails in the process of nailing.Complete the automatic separation of qualified products and defective products.the hardware and software design of the control system is completed.Hardware design includes PLC controller selection,sensor selection,and pneumatic circuit design.Software design includes PLC control program and human-computer interface design.The PLC control program is developed by STEP7 programming software to meet the control requirements of automatic nail equipment;Based on Win CC software development,the human-computer interaction interface realizes user login,equipment status and parameter display,initial parameter setting,nail gun setting,OPC communication,fault alarm and other functions.The online simulation debugging and on-site debugging have been completed,the system runs smoothly,the human-computer interaction is normal,and the visual inspection and touch screen communication are normal,which meets the design requirements.The automatic gun nail equipment can be applied to two occasions of office chair soft package nailing,with a high degree of intelligence,greatly reducing labor intensity and improving production efficiency by 2.5 times. |
